The best HALO cover .. it's not because she can sing the highest note because a lot of Filipina singers can sing high as well like Katrina and Jona, both my favorites too. What separates her, she can sing a song in a distinct and rich tone with no obvious accent when singing English song!

She can "place" her voice better than Katrina, which makes her capable of singing more styles with greater nuance, and she doesn't have the slight accent that Jona does.

My God her control whilst singing live is just unreal ...her performance of Halo last week, which I believe was her first time performing live, was really good, but the improvement this week over last is just incredible ...the way she can control her voice singing the higher octaves using a wide darker tone is just sooooo freakin' unique and different than other singers. This is something that can't just simply be taught. She is gifted and uses that gift better than most.

This is probably the best version of 'Halo' that I've ever heard. Top notch vocals (her dynamics and control, her lows, her belts, her head voice, her growls and riffs are perfection), the arrangement, and Morissette's tone. She just made it look and sound so easy and beautiful. What a talent! Philippines must be so proud of her.

The fans were boisterous but Morissette was amazing. The ad lib that she did in this song was worth the praise which made this version of Halo her own. I wish there was a studio version of this cover, minus the noisy crowd.
