morissette is one of my favorite singer,also her whistle was so powerful....

The performance was impeccable! Such control and artistry. I'm astounded at how disrespectful the people around her were though...how distracting!! I literally had to cover the screen with my hand so I didn't have to see them and just focus on Morissette.

i strongly agree with you... but in terms of lea, she's a great singer although may point kasi siya na sometimes hindi porket kaya mong ibirit ee ibirit ka nalang ... marami kasing factors yung pagkanta technicalities, emotions, how you resonate a note specially dun sa binibirit na part... we filipino kasi nasanay tayo na mabilib sa mga matataas na kanta , yung tipong naabot lang niya yung note ee mabibilib na tayo at sasabihing magaling siya, na hindi natin alam if pleasant ba pakinggan yung tono, kung san niya rinesonate yung note niya , kung strain ba siya... lea has some point naman but still siyempre kailangan sometimes maiba yung flavor , marami na kasi ngayon yung mga singers na bumibirit... another thing lea has quite range too , she's actually a lyric soprano, and during her prime her voice was so angelic and fantastic actually up until now she's doing great , medyo bumaba nga lang yung range niya siguro ngayon nasa mezzo or alto nalang siya... kaya yun yung sinasabi ni lea kasi yun yung ginagawa sa classical music even if the note was too high you don't have to belt it out all the time... alam mo ba na sa opera when you are belting that means pure throat yung ginagamit mo and when you are lifting your head that means you're lifting your larynx which is not a great practice kasi mabilis makadeteriorate ng boses yun... nakuha ko naman yung point mo na dapat di dapat nilahat ni lea yung comment pero calling her a singer singeran na alam naman natin na she became famous AROUND THE WORLD in THEATER because of her voice , it's not appropriate...anyway back to mori , yeah i was hoping to see more of mariah carey's song with her performances nga ee, kasi she can switch between registers na and that's one of mariah's signatures like on love takes time on the word "inside" she switched that note from chest voice to whistle register and mori can do that ... ^_^

Dapat lng yung manager ni mariah kumuha kay morissette kasi parang di marunong magrecognise ng pure, real talent dito sa pinas. Nakakalungkot isipin. This made me so mad to see those hosts just chatting on the sofa and ignoring the amazing singing. Such bad examples. Then at the end they talked like "ohh good job" and they werent even paying attention. Does this annoy anyone else?!

Ive always loved morisette's version of who you are, that's why before i go to bed i always listen to it. when i first watched this video i thought those two persons at the back were being plain rude. i had a bit of annoyance. now, as i was readimg the comments, i couldnt believe when i found out that the girl im being annoyed at is actually MY IDOL, LIZA SOBERANO. This isnt a reason for me to hate her bc there's so many good traits about her, bawas admiration points nga lang. 😪 they were probably not familiar with the song that's why they paid not much interest while mori was singing. but even so, they shouldve showed respect to the singer. 😪
