Just come across your channel and got interested about how you prepare that veg...watching here in the Philippines and we call that marunggay in our dialect That's our favorite one of cooking is dinengdeng or inabraw and can also be a pinakbet...fish sauce or bagoong is our main ingredient to taste... 😋😋😋

Drumstick and the leaves are one of my favourite vegetables. You have cooked a very healthy breakfast of string hoppers, coconut gravy with drumsticks and coconut sambol and later on more drumstick gravy and drumstick leaves for lunch. Drumstick leaves are very nutritious. The whole tree, its thin branches, leaves, drumsticks and even its flowers have various health benefits. It is advisable to have it in one's diet regularly. Moringa is so good for the body. The pods and leaves are delicious. We cook the pods with potatoes and eggplant 🍆 and also add it to dal. So wonderful to have fresh ones, straight from the farm. I love moringa leaves cooked with fresh coconut. Take care ❤️❤️❤️
