Morgan's Breast Cancer Story | Breast Cancer Awareness Month | LaserAway

Morgan, a LaserAway Practitioner, was diagnosed with breast cancer and under went chemotherapy. This is her story of her journey with fighting breast cancer.
She was 6 weeks into a relationship with her boyfriend, who stuck by her side through the whole process. She had the support of her family and friends. Listen to her story to see what she did to cope and where she found the strength to fight and make it through.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign to raise awareness of breast cancer risks, the value of screening and early detection, and treatment options available to women and men who are diagnosed with one of the many forms of breast cancer.
More than 249,000 people in the United States are diagnosed with invasive breast cancer every year, and nearly 41,000 die from the disease.
Over the years, a loop of pink ribbon has come to symbolize breast cancer awareness, and today the image of a pink ribbon can be found emblazoned on thousands of products, from apparel to office supplies. But there's more to awareness than just wearing pink.

Morgan I am now being treated for breast cancer, I am much older than you and I hate my short hair. Your hair is gorgeous. Much nicer than the long hair you had. Of course you have a beautiful face, the short hair shows off that beautiful face. Good luck to you and thanks for sharing.

Thank you for letting us know about this! Cancer that has not spread across the body is known as carcinoma in situ. Sporadic cells, also known as stage 0 cancer, do not invade neighboring tissue, unlike cancer cells. These carcinomas in situ, on the other hand, are often treated because they have the potential to become cancerous.
