Love that you're doing vegan recipes! At the risk of sounding snarky, which I think most vegans actually try hard not to do, I'd say that most people who eat vegan adapt their overall recipes to be more nutritionally balanced than this. It's not just about having the recipes that don't happen to have animal ingredients, it's a whole way of cooking. We don't just eat weird salads.

Hey Gordon, could you show us your take on a crunch wrap. I've been craving one and I wass know what your ideal crunch wrap would be?

I am not vegan. My daughter became vegan when she was 16, I support her and will eat and cook vegan. It can be really good! We also go to vegan restaurants in the Philadelphia area and love the vegan food. If anything it made me think about what I eat more then I did before.... except donuts, donuts are the absolute best 🤟🏻 yes I’m stoned 🔥

"Instead of sugar I'm adding sweetness with fresh pears and raisins" then proceeds to give it a brulee topping with demerara sugar grilled. Every recipe looks good though.

If you use ice on saffron , it will have a more beautiful colour

If you're vegan and watching this thinking "Wow, awesome, he's doing more vegan recipes" you should actually check his old videos/recipes. Many recipes are "vegan", but they just happen to be so and not specially crafted, much like the years old footage in the video.

Milk is not exactly vegan... But I get the point.🙂
