More than a playground, this is an urban thinkscape

Ғылым және технология

Urban Thinkscape is more than just a playground. It was designed by a team of psychologists and architects to encourage families to play while waiting for the bus.
The researchers behind the project argue that play is crucial for early childhood development and that there needs to be more of it built into public spaces - more than a playground for kids.
In 2050, 70% of the world’s children will live in cities. If the team can prove Urban Thinkscape’s success, it’s a concept that can be replicated almost anywhere.

Yeah. I'm infuriated - and I don't even live there. I absolutely lose it when people do that. So disrespectul for their community.

@@klaudelu18 Disrespectful towards community, towards the environment and showing a disorganized foul inner space.

design seemed like it wasn't very kid friendly, like everything had to be explained or taught how to use the space. the video didn't really show much self directed play being done in the space

They literally said self-directed play wasn't the goal.

The adds are controlled by KZread, the creators have no say. Not having adds at all only works if they're getting all their funding elsewhere, so like Patreon, or being in some company's direct pocket. You may be doing a lot of unsubbing, I fear, given it's KZread itself setting up the unskippable adds... they can and will show up everywhere there are any adds.
