ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ರೀತಿ ಯ ಗೊಜ್ಜನ್ನು ಅನ್ನದ ಜೊತೆ ಬೆರೆಸಿ ಬುತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರಂತೆ
ಈ ಬೊಜ್ಜನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ದಿನದವರೆಗೆ ಕೆಡದೆ ಹಾಗೆ ಇಡಬಹುದು
ಒಗ್ಗರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಈ ಗೊಜ್ಜಿನ ಪರಿಮಳ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕಾಲದ
ಸುಂದರ ಸುವಾಸನೆಯನ್ನು ಮೂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ
ನಿಜವಾಗ್ಲೂ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಮಾಡಲೇಬೇಕಾದ ರೆಸಿಪಿ.

Namaste, very nicely explained the making of old time gojju. Requesting you to pronounce Kannada words correctly. Example - Alekala (Haleyakala) , Unsehannu ( HuNisehaNNu) etc. Correct pronouning will bring more value to explanation. Thank you.

Nice recipe.. It’s the same Andhra Pulihora recipe except for garlic and saaru pudi.. As you said it’s age old. Done little differently in different cultures.. 😊👍🏻
