Похудел,но не надолго, если после диеты человек начинает снова много есть, килограммы возвращаются очень быстро и в утроенном количестве. Ценой такого обжорства будет жизнь.

Конечно поправится и не только поправится, а наберёт веса больше,чем было. Ибо диете для таких людей должна стало нормой до конца жизни. После ограничений, когда организм начинает экономнее расходовать калории, вес возвращается с удвоенной скоростью, если не соблюдать диету.
