    Thank you for the great tips. As a sub, been struggling with classroom management and behaviours recently and seem to be always asking for help esp if it's a reoccuring issue. (Usually it starts with 1 or 2 students that need additional support their not getting unfortunately.)

    Great tips! I notice my day goes so much smoother the more time I have to sit with the plans in the morning and decode the teacher. Quick question though... I'm curious where you'd suggest I do park. In my district they have a spreadsheet listing where to park for each school. 9/10 for elementary schools it just says "staff parking lot." And if I were to not do that (especially in the city) I'd get a ticket or worse towed. Are these specalty spots more likely to be near the front? How can I identify them?
