The one you saw can be destroyed by air strikes and the one you first see in “power up” can be instantly killed by those two generators with the lightning as soon as you turn them on.

I've seen someone solo the final phase of the final boss with just a crowbar. Though that was in half life source.

Wow, I always thought the gargantua can only be killed by explosives, the two energy weapons, and certain environmental hazards.

Snarks do around 5-10 damage when they die, but it's explosive type, so it can hurt Gargantuas

I've taken the garg out with everything but a headcrab. I wouldn't have the patience to do that or to take the helicopter out with one. I have played this game thru around 250 times since release, long before Steam, back when WON was the present version of Steam. Good videos.

Interesting. The Gargantua died from the Snarks, not because of their bites, but because of their death explosions. When Snarks explode upon death, they deal small explosive damage in a very small radius; the Gargantua is vulnerable to explosive damage, so it hurt it enough to kill it.

My favourite method of taking out that helo is to pop out of the cave right after it spawns, just long enough to get it to fire its rockets, then duck back inside and listen to it die in the splash damage of its own rockets hitting the wall right as it flies close.. (c:

Apache isn't that durable, but only it's cockpit and engines can take non-explosive and non-energy damage. Also snarks bite real hard, they can gib Hgrunts
