We knock stuff over in the shop all the time, bottles survive a fall much better than a can

We just purchased a brand new 3589 wittern express combo machine. We have 20 oz Pepsi in the first tray to the left of the machine. Do we suppose to stand the 20 oz bottles upward or downward . I noticed yours is upward but the illustration on the door says to place them downward?

The illustration on the machine shows them cap down, but they kept jamming for me, so I flipped them and haven't had a jam since

Thanks for your reply!!! I’ll take your advice. My wife said that they were 16oz drinks that were loading, not 20 oz. I’m still going to try them bottle caps up ! Thanks again!
What price do you have your 12oz cans vs 16.9 bottles?

1.25 cans - 1.50 bottles but the bottles may be increasing soon as prices keep going up
