Emily, i think you might have put too much protein powder and thats why the flavour was so strong. You said that in the recipe it said 1/4 cup of protein powder and you put 1/2, where as a half of 1/4 is 1/8. It might be better next time. Love your vlogs!

Vitamin C helps the iron to be absorbed by the body. If you don't like the orange flavor, definitely get a vita C you can take so the iron will be effective.
