Yeah they have bff vibes which is cool to see, it's almost similar to how high school close friends would be like, and maybe there could be a bit of a mutual attraction. But I think it's not like that, like actually falling for each other, because she calls him oppa all of the time. With Kim Soo Hyun, it's different, so many moments she acts like she's so nervous around him a hard lover's crush, like a fan meeting her beloved famous idol. Instead of acting giddy and child like, she's more mature, proper, and adult lady-like, as if she's trying to impress him. There were also BTS and interview moments where she grabs the opportunity to be flirty and even flat out admits it in front of him, so it's a bit complicated. She also flat out stated multiple times that Kim Soo Hyun is the best on screen partner that she has ever worked with. Long story short, "showing" more comfort with one versus the other doesn't necessarily show the entire picture sometimes.

She is literally so down to earth and fun. I doubt she would bully or be rude to anyone. Jealousy and all that happen in relationships, it’s none of our business. People grow from their mistakes and past relationships. If you can’t forgive and move on then you are the problem.

You wouldn’t believe that this is the same guy who was so aloof and always serious & a little cold on A Scholar Who Walks at Night. This guy’s acting skills are just from out of this world. He’s simply the best of all!!

They were so cute together in sync and so comfortable with eachother! I love how they're honest and open about their friendship. There's no hiding or any drama. They (especially Joongi) look out for eachother and you can see they really adore and care as well. It's so delightful to see such a giddy and warm friendship in this industry. They are really peaceful. I love them.

Seo Ye Ji is so amazing. OMG I'm so in love. She's such a good actress and is so pretty. Znd her body OMG OMG. I also like how straightforward and honest she is.

I sense bff vibes only haha they look cute together but I think they're just too comfy with each other. Joon Gi is such a social butterfly and isn't afraid to express his emotions. I love that he leans into her, looks at her, compliments her freely with no reservations. Ye Ji on the hand is pretty much the same.

Lee Joon Gi has the sexiest Adam's Apple I've ever seen.

I think the reason why SYJ is more open and playful with LJG than with her other "loveteams" is because of the character she portrays in the drama. She's a method actor, and the character she plays in Lawless Lawyer isn't as serious and uptight as the ones from Save Me or IONTBO. Plus, the latter is mentally unstable. I think because she's living in the character, it's a struggle to let go of it once the camera stops rolling. The same goes with her co-actors. That should explain why there's less playfulness in the set.

He lost weight a lot on purpose to play Bong Sang Pil, who had had a hard life growing up since losing his mother. Bong had been a gangster playing a very active role in gang fights before he became a lawyer and had been consumed by the pain of seeing his mother killed in front of him and a strong desire to take revenge. Another reason was there were a lot of stunty fight scenes in the drama, so he had to keep his weight light to avoid injuries as he did almost all stunts himself.
