You can’t tell someone to not be jealous because everyone will have a little jealousy in them when they encounter situations like this. We are humans, we can’t always control our feelings. Instead of telling them to not be jealous you should tell them to relax, and not overthink. And that Allah think your beautiful and amazing and remind them to say manshallah ❤

It linguistically translates to rememberance. Anything that you do or recite which allows you to remember Allah is dhikr, for example making duas and praying, or seeking His forgiveness etc
