He’s a beast!

Every time I listen to Rory sing I get chills. His vocals combined with the lyrics he writes and the absolute passion that he sings with gets me every single time. I lost my younger brother 14 months ago and my mom passed two months later. Dark Sun came out shortly after and the entire album was on repeat for me.

glad you took the deep dive on Rory he's honestly really something special.

I mentioned before, but Hurtwave is his alternate band and a slower, chill vibe. "Fever Dream" is a great example of the "slower" pace but great range. It's a tribute to his late father and there's some unplugged versions showing his solo work. Dayseeker also has a what's been dubbed "prom rock" jam called "Crying While You're Dancing". Fun band, for sure

You should see chester bennington do rolling in the deep. So good!!! Rorys vocals are definitely up there with Chester's for me at least.
