Nothing is going to change for another fifty elections. We can vote and vote to change the PM. Nothing is going to change. The immigration, kastam and JPJ will remain the same as it is. There are some voters that will support the present system of administration.

Corruption and power abuse are human sins that could occur in all cultures. The only way is to regulate by independent bodies, not their own kind.

Doctor you are right, the Home Minister should be doing his job, ensure all the processes are updated and not to trouble the rakyat. I think DSAI should look into his cabinet Ministers and put competence people in the respective jobs.

Public complains should be available in web site about government departments in a way to check and improve the performance of various departments also serves as pressure button for the departmental heads to be alert what is going on in their departments.

The problem is that when there is the same culture from top to bottom in all govt departments, there is no enforcement because of brotherly ties among the employees. The airport incident speaks well for a non Malay minister to make a stance on the matter. We need another culture to react or enforce. It is difficult for non Malays to sustain in this country in view of the corruption among the Malays across the board, as the enforcers and culprits are tied up on a cultural note.

Wasting all our tax money only.

Thank you Dr Singh for your video. Very sad isn't it that our PMX has been busying trying to make this country be proud again, yet we see so many who are bent on making it worse. But having said so, I must complement some immigration personnels in UTC in an East Coast state (I won't mention which) who performed their duty very professionally. They were very friendly and helpful.

Most Immigration officers are good. Few bad apples cause all this problem. I know ma y good ones too.

The MB of johor visits to the immigration check points at jb has produced results. Most kiosks are manned and queue cut down. Surely the relevant minister, deputy, and sec gen can weigh in on the department like johor mb did!

If this kind of issues happens in Private firm's, sure it will be discipline action taken....

There shud be an orientation of all new civil servants, and a re-education of all existing civil servants, to drum into their heads that they are employed to be proactive and solve problems, not create additional problems for the bosses (and that their actual bosses are the tax payers)!

Some immigration officers are 'I help U, U help me' kakis ! They have very deceitful attitude as if applicants for passports are at their mercies & they are doing them a favour!!! They show reluctance at work & bossy!!!

Dr, why need to wait for an election for changes? The present civil service is long overdue for an overhaul. Those problematic parts , ' karens, napoleons and those who only wayang and waste ppl time' need to be replaced / relieved of their responsibilities and u hv pointed out. If not, the vehicle ..as it continues to leak will nvr reach its intended destination.

This may not be related to immigration. Another problem we sick senior citizens face is parking in Hospital Sultanah Aminah n Hospital Sultan Ismail. Multi storey car parts will solve the problem. If shopping complexes can build them, I don't see why the government can't do it. Pengarahs have their own covered car parks n don't seem to understand the problems faced by the staff n public.

Try to do a same item at different states requires slight different documents, slight different procedure & different timing....

Singh, lam sorry to say corruption is already in the blood of civil servants in Malaysia and now is already like cancer stage 4. This is all because of stupid mathair who stole billions and civil servants say if he can kami pun boleh. Now dsai also being suspected corruption. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Please do not make any false accusation against our PM. So far he is the best of the best. We know Corruption is already a culture in Malaysia n really it will very difficult to wipe out corruption in a short period. Hope God bless our PM with good health n wisdom to lead Malaysia to a greater height.

JIM is the worst dept in Malaysia! All the officers acting like little napoleon! My wife who was renewing her passport at UTC witnessed their in-differences & rudeness to some other who visited the same JIM counters there. this is truly Malaysia boleh at its best!

Dr Usha, not taking sides, but the immigration officer was right to ask to come before 6.15. It takes time to process in the computer and I have witnessed.

Tricky. They did not inform her on actual time to come. 7 PM closing time. Be like Singapore they will serve till the last in the office once the gate is closed. Do you copy

@@khookahhock9031that is common sense ... you go any office be it public or private, officially they close at 6 pm doesn’t mean u will be allowed to do business at 6 pm... u shd be there at least 1/2 an hour earlier, that also depend what kind of business involved & the time frame for the staff to attend to the work that u aspect them to do. Staff also have other commitment to do ... for example after office hour at 6 pm .. the travelling time to fetch children from childcare ... some who commented here are selfish or no brainer aspecting the government staff to serve them at their pleasure !!

90% kakitangan kerajaan frust dgn DSAI kerana beliau sedang dalam situasi menghapuskan Rasuah,sejak Era Tun Tua sampai kini mereka sudah diajar diberi peluang utk Korup,sudah dua generasi so Rasuah sudah ada dlm DNA mereka,DSAI jgn harap la bolih dapat sokongan daripada 90% kakitangan awam no way mereka lebih selesa dgn Kerajaan Politik Korup
