coz there are lots of huynlix shippers in fandom. As far as I know, JYP doesn't want the guys to be shippered. Therefore, they are told to interact less in public. Which is very upsetting, because they have such a comfortable friendship. It's a pity that JYP forbids them to show their feelings.
