No she can't. The statute of limitation is 3 years and it's past that. Only in a Federal case and they dont meet the threshold to bring a Federal case for this event. She also has a NDA.

BUT Cassie isn't barred from testifying against Diddy in a Federal RICO case for sex traffiking and other related crimes. A criminal defendant can't NDA his way out of that.
