Hey Phil shopping carts are perfect for buildings me and my wife are managers of a 60 apt building in the shitty of Toronto and we agave a few carts man makes like so much easyer I thought I watched all your videos was very happy to see ones I missed I really want your channel to take off it’s a great channel I watch all commercials and like all videos and I share them all as much as I can not telling u what to do with the channel id love to see u sell some shirts hoodies hats I’d be in the market for that but what ever u do it’s a great channel very informative I scrap but not like u I save and cut cords and wire ac what ever the tenants grow away thanks again phil hope u and day wife and the adult kids and out buddy JOE lol ✌️✌️✌️✌️

when we remove a toilet we have a small wet vac to remove all water, makes cleanuo so much easier...note the wet vac is only used for that job.

Thanks for watching, Yes if this was an occupied suite we would use a wet vac & put down tarps. This building they will remove the tubs & drywall by the plumbing & other stuff, So a little water is no problem LOL

Were is Joe ?

Why not pull hardwood floor up and directly put into cart insted of working twice? Unless your on the lock......
