Love the depth and detailing the black pencil adds and your gorgeous reflected symmetry design too. I've loved that concept since I first heard you speak of it and use it quite a bit in my designs. A design concept that really resonates for me. I love the way you teach in your tutorials Cathy, your fun approach and humour draws me in, but it's always your take on design and your wonderful way of sharing that, that I find so wonderful xoxo

Catching the replay. I use a bottle with a dauber top for my gamsol. That way I just touch the stump to the wet top to get it wet.

The Waffle Flower Grip Mats are the best thing since the Misti was invented! No more magnets!! I have them in my Mini and one of my Original sizes (I keep the other one for cling stamps). I also use the Tim Holtz grip mats (cut down) for my ink pads because the woodpecker noise bugs me (no pun intended). Love the way the card turned out today....that little bit of black at the base of the flowers and leaves really makes a difference. Sorry I missed the Premiere!

I actually USE the machine now because of cutting into the magnet .... I ordered extra for later when I want to be all by the written rules.... but for now ... I'm a rebel and I love it

A beautiful card 😍 I was always told not to use gamsol to blend as its a solvent and will degrade the paper and ink. For a greeting card its probably not that important but if it’s something you want to keep then I was always told to use a blending pencil suitable for the type of pencil you are using. 🤷‍♀️

Beautiful card! I love the colors and that extra something you did with the black is awesome!

I suspect you lined up the die on the floral as well as you could have, but when you stamped the image that stem wasn’t quite in line with the die. I realized I needed to do a template for the stamping to make sure that stem was in line. (But I don’t think it’s noticeable in the end!)

For the white cardstock, it's 110% and the card base is 100lb. : ) I always include a link to my supply list and blog post if you need to know any other details about the papers! It's in the KZread description box!

I always love your shorter vids. I work full time and can’t watch your lives that go over an hour plus. Would you please consider doing an edited video of your “lives” like Kristina Warner does. She edits down her lives to be about 20-30 min. and cut out the extra chatter, choices, etc. Thanks! Love your simple designs also! I need to make sympathy cards again…ugh, life. 😢 This would be great for that! ❤️

Hello there! I tried that for a bit, but I felt like it wasn't a good fit for my channel at this time. The editing takes a surprising amount of time, lol, and my livestreams are meant to be just that… a live. This video here is not a live. It was edited to be the length that it is. : ) Sometimes, I can't squeeze all the steps into a shorter time frame. So sorry!

I love the lives just the way they are! I rarely see one while it's live, but I still get the feel of being there and seeing everything that happens. I love that in some of the lives chat suggestions are used. It helps me be a better card maker.
