So I am the one that actually sent this box. I didn’t intend to send that much. I made the mistake of dividing my shopping both before and after a two week trip to New Zealand (meaning I forgot what I had already purchased and bought more) and going to Wegmans for something unrelated right before I sent it (Wegmans is kind of like the Target of grocery stores-you go in for one thing and come out with three full bags). Notes based on the video and comments: -I don’t regularly eat the Mama Zuma’s chips. I just really like the packaging, which is why I sent them. Luckily, it seems like you guys escaped unscathed. They are from Virginia, but the manufacturer makes a point of only making small batches, so they are not commonly found. A convenience store near me carries them. -I am not huge on sweets (ironic I know given I like watching these videos)-I hike a lot and usually just eat them then. Because of that the few healthier things I put in there are what I eat the most. Especially, Polar Seltzer water (which is specific to the northeast, it is made about 25 minutes from where I live). They come out with seasonal flavors twice a year that I drink constantly. They have a cucumber melon out right now that is amazing. -Justin’s is common now, but the reason I eat it the most is because when I was eating the peanut butter on top of the mountain West Bond up in New Hampshire his uncle approached me and sent a picture of me eating it to him. Eating it reminds be of that mountain now so I tend to go for that brand. -I only really eat the Kind bar with the vegetables in it when I am on multi day backpacking (trekking) trips where carrying fresh food is not feasible. -Moxie is a Maine thing. You can find it all over the New England, but is much more common in Maine. The unique flavor comes from gentian root extract. -Necco is also a northeast thing. It looks like the factory is going to shut down (last I heard they were trying to sell it), which is why I sent their products. Looking like they may not be around much longer. -My 3-year-old niece is the one that got the Boston hat. They sell them at Target here. -Most of these candies/snacks came from Wayside Country Store in Marlborough, MA and Wegmans if anyone is looking for them.

Candy companies here also tend to discontinue candy bars a lot. I miss the chocolate bar called PB Max. They were made with peanut butter and oats on a square cookie topped with chocolate.

Somebody probably already commented this (I’m behind on my KZread watching) but the Cranberry Bog & Blueberry Patch Frogs we’re called that because cranberries are harvested by flooding the field so it becomes a “big” and many people refer to blueberries as growing in a patch.

Love how with the peanut cups that as Kate is offering Alex what is left that she barely gets the question out of her mouth be fore Alex says yeah. I think that shows how much he likes them xxx

Loved seeing stuff from New England! I'm from Maine and my favorites are the maple candy lobsters which aren't usually hard on the outside but the heat from shipping probably changed it a bit. Moxie was actually used as medicine when it first came out. It's native to New England now. Loved seeing this vid ❤

Omg, blue raspberry lemonade kool-aid was my all time FAVE as a kid!! Blueberry pancake capn’ cruch! Omg, never saw that! Yum!

I saw the gourmet marshmallows for the first time today at Target! They caught my eye but I didn't pick them up, I might have to the next time I'm there!

Pizza combos are best

I’m from New England too! Never seen some of these, but lots of them are classics. Combos 😍 and Cape Cod 😍 I used to drink Moxie with my dad. Everyone I know hates it, but I think I just like it because of that memory 😁

Mallow Cups are made in Pennsylvania. My grandfather used to work at the factory.

So combos are one of my favorite snacks. They have several different flavors like buffalo wings and ranch, and 7 layer dip!

Sweet treats for sweet people makes a day by so good and worth a hard day

Okay put a half a cup of sugar in the Kool-Aid that's when it's delicious and then the neccos wafer chocolate candy you supposed to suck on them then when you get down a little lower than you bite into them and they stay crunchy and those Wafers come in all different flavors have fun Kate and Alex have a great weekend

Great box! Being from Iowa I only recognized about 6 or 7 of the items. It's neat seeing food from around our country. It all looked so good.

I remember I was on a field trip when I was younger and had syrup and vanilla icecream for the first time and I've love it ever since. If you guy get a chance, definitely give it a try! And just want to say you guys are amazing to watch! And love seeing the different country snack videos! So interesting!

NECCO=New England Candy Company. We used them to play "Mass" when I was little.

Yes, milk is much better than water because it actually (somewhat) neutralizes the chemical that's making your mouth go crazy. I've seen some folks eat veeeeery hot things, and they sometimes go one step farther: they follow up with yogurt, or sometimes ice cream. (I have no knowledge about bread either way, so will have to keep that in mind if I run out of dairy.)

I 💜 moon pies, I have never put them in the microwave, I can't wait to try them this way. A test for good cereal is can you enjoy it as a snack without milk. I enjoy capn crunch that way often. At Christmas time they have peppermint peeps which are great in a mug of cocoa.

Awesome video! I love seeing the New England (northeast) snacks getting sampled! I’m from Connecticut and these snacks are exclusive to Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.

Blueberries are grown in patches and cranberries are grown in bogs....hence the names :)! Also, I think the mamma zumma is a play on montezumas revenge!

I think candy corn is more decorative for an autumn Halloween/Thanksgiving look than a taste treat. Kind of traditional in the same way Scandinavians eat lutefisk.

I was born early 80's and I remember in the very late 80's/early 90's that Kool-aid had so many flavors. Now at the store they have like 7, but it used to be over 20. I remember as a kid meticulously picking out the flavors I wanted that months. I never see Peach mango or black cherry anymore or scary blackberry, or pineapple. Sharkleberry fin was interesting. Soaring strawberry punch was great and so was Jamaica. I remember when the clear flavors came out. They were always a trip because it looked like a jug of water and if you didn't make it yourself, you had no idea what flavor it was. Could be lemon, could be watermelon, or green apple.

I remember Black Cherry being one of my Favorites, along with lemon-lime.

I’m from Vermont and I love so many of these. There’s only a few of these which I don’t recognize! The maple candy is a staple in VT too and even our neighbors make it.

I literally cheered and applauded when I saw the Moxie come out... and then again for the Sky Bar!

They sell those marshmallows at sprouts which is more of a healthy grocery store here in Arizona

Have you tried cheerwine soda it’s only sold here in NC and fun fact about Cheerwine...... Cheerwine is a cherry-flavored soft drink produced by Carolina Beverage Corporation of Salisbury, North Carolina. It has been produced since 1917, claiming to be "the oldest continuing soft drink company still run by the same family".

I eat those habanero chips every time I go to this local sandwhich shop in town!😋 love them!

we have Combos in Canada too. I love them. They have different flavours of them too.....pizza, cheddar, etc.
