this is the main reason i quit mordhau after 1200 hours, high level duels are almost won by who has the least reds...

I mostly play the 64 server (experimentals) and this explains pretty much why the lobby either feels like it's having input delay or you're having a blast with none. Feels like a gamble every time you play.

Why I stopped playing

I've always said "well its crush's game he can do what he wants" but what was the point of this?? Even some of my noob friends say this patch hasn't benefited them at all, but has even made the game harder.

That's not true, now even people who never knew what is cftp can do it with a simple click often meaning the difference between win or lose c´mon.

balancing can change anything from horse flinching players to release time, there's a correlation for sure.

C:MW in 2014-2017 was actually very playable with 60 or lower ping. Parries and swing manipulation felt great. Mordhau however isn't even properly playable even with 20 ping or lower, let alone 50 and higher.

yeah i literally do not even bother playing this game if my ping is above 28 very, very rarely can i actually get lower than 20 ping even if the servers are next to me physically

its actually quite impressive how these devs manage to make the game worse with literally every single patch

vid about spining to drag would be good

Smth changed with net code, now have to block earlier what was visually in time before connection

Sadly they took off 80 servers when those of 64 suffer even more from lag..

this also show how the game is legit this fight dont look anywhere close to something that would happen in a real fight you cant swing a sword so fast with in a second of delfeting a heavy sword like that

the point of a game is not to be realistic but to be imersive, the great problem is not that the movement isn't possible, is that isn't natural, is like a eternal bug on your brain, when you trie do undestand how the logic works for the virtual word, but the word continues to break around you, but only the hundread hour player gods can figure out, and still need to tanka lot of inconscistent bullshit.

There are other games out there that have better realistic fighting mechanics, however, this game wasn’t made for that. Mordhau has quite possibly the best “melee” mechanics in an indie game. And by melee I mean low range, no gun, player on player battle. It was made for melee mechanics, not a fighting sim

max accels have always been too fast this isnt new. longsword, messer, baxe, paxe, and virtually any 1h weapon are even worse

server owner has 8 ping to his own server hes gotten 15ms reds before my only speculation is that its to do with the current tickrate bug fucking up and doubling the time it takes for inputs and hits to reg
