Mopong Hongkong Nagaland Village Guard Association completed its glorious 25 Years of its existence on 25th Nov. 2023 at Mopong HQ Dist. Mon: Nagaland under the theme “Loyalty and Fraternity”. The ceremony was inaugurated by the Special Guest Shri A. Nyamnyei Konyak Hon’ble MLA 48 Moka A/C & President NPP Nagaland and Shri K. Naiba Konyak Hon’ble MLA 55 Tobu A/C as a Special Invitee of the occasion. Mr. N. Langphong Konyak Jubilee Planning Convenor delivered a Keynote address of the Jubilee celebration. Special Guest in his speech mentioned the brief history of Mopong Hongkong NVG Association to create a sense of Unity, Dignity, Service, courage and Justice and to promote solidarity and discipline amongst the association and services. A short speech were also delivered by Shri S. Laoba Konyak Deputy Commandant NVG Mon: Nagaland, Deputy Commandant NVG Mon stated in his speech to maintain discipline and loyal to the service. He expressed all the grievances of NVG personnel and seeking necessary assistance and understanding from the concern department and State Government for a reasonable and measurable enhancement according to the NVGs’ responsible, duties and functions. Shri Wiridin (NCS) EAC Mopong expressed his gratitude and appreciation to NVG for their efforts and services in times of any relevant duties and functions that is being taken up and come together with the public administration. The celebration was conducted with a Drill Display from Mopong Hongkong NVG and New Life Band, Tobu Village. The celebration was concluded with all the Church Pastors of Mopong Hongkong seeking God’s abundant blessing.
