Materials are :
Balloon Glue dots - amzn.to/3lpriit
260Q balloon (white Qualatex)
latex balloons :
5 inches metallic blue double stuff with 10 inches white (but if you have 5 inches white it's also good)
10 inches metallic blue and 12 inches white
12 inches metallic blue and 18 inches white
