Mr Knight exists because Moon Knight is a psyopathic criminal in the eyes of society. If the police saw him theyd have to arrest him. But MISTER Knight can help out the police with stuff without being targeted. Its just wink wink law loopholes that lets Marc's police source turn a blind eye

I got so angry watching his adaptation in the MCU they completely ruined the character for me it’s ridiculous that’s like making ben Riley the real Spider-Man in the MCU and bud love interest is mj and then his Peter parents are alive ruins the whole purpose of the character

In one of his first appearances, Mr Knight fought a apartment complexes worth of criminals with nothing but a blazer, two batons and a few moon discs.

Moon Knight isn't a killer. He has killed in the past and on occasion but he's not a killer like The Punisher. He's said before "I don't kill people, mostly". Moon Knight also doesn't have schizophrenia. He has Dissociative Identity Disorder.

The characters of this universe are so interesting.

I think we will see Steven evolve to be more like this in the future

I think the mcu will adapt and evolve mark and especially steven or mrknight into the more detective reserved personality that maintains calm but i do appreciate allowing both personas to fight

I love the all white suits Moon Knight has

Actually, it is not THAT different. It's just that Comics Mark uses both suits while Series Mr. Knight is reserved for Steven. I think it's more fitting as they did in the series. I love how Steven also comes into action. Mark is the fighter, Steven is the negotiator.

No it’s not, every single personality does the same role there’s no diversity Jake and Steven shouldn’t do any superhero stuff they are essentially side characters. Steven should’ve been smarter and richer it would’ve been cooler to see a rich genius go insane. Also Steven shouldn’t have been the abused one it should’ve been Jake. All the identities are way to similar at the end they kept switching dumbest thing I’ve seen

@@samuel-uq5tx If I would do hateshaming I would tell you now how stupid that is what you wrote since youare hating the show and telling it's dumb for personal opinions which is an invalid argument and pretty unnecessary hate. But of course I do not hateshaming so I won't tell you this. What I can tell you is that Steven did superhero stuff, about Jake I am unsure but I am pretty sure he did as well. But if they wouldn't do any stuff in the show you would basically make the character way more boring and look twodimensional. Steven will surely get rich, I am sure, as this is important to his character. It makes sense that he doesn't finish his character arc after just one show. I have no idea what you mean with "all the identities are way too similar", they're literally opposites of each other and in the end they kept switching which was really nice to see. Good effects, great stunts. Also it makes the character way more interesting as this is unique to Moon Knight.

I prefer the comics, because in the series the only purpose of the custome is to show who's in control. So it only serves a "TV" purpose. I remember Mr. Knight fighting in the series as well which annoyed me, because how did Stephen learn to fight? He isn't Mr. Knight in the series when he's in costume, dude is still Stephen, so how he fighting? If they formed some sort of connection that lets them share knowledge then the idea of a split personality sorta looses my interest.

@@pandarosfaolanexcelsior3551 yeah 100% i hate the show. it cut out most of the fights, screwed up the idenities, the powers, suit,etc isn't moon knight theres no real mcu connection. there was a f*cken kaiju fight, konshu changed the sky its pretty obvious this isn't in marcs head.they all do the same thing they are all fighting why would steven fight the only one who fights should be marc, jake does some shady stuff but hes no superhero. did u forget the suiting up scene? that was trash effects, they cut half the fights with that bs blackout. Have you read the current moon knight run that sh*t is amazing i would've rathered that way more, this thing isn't moon knight not a single thing from the comics have been used here they heard the name and reinvented an entire character.

I wish they had hired better writers/directors for Moon Knight in the MCU. He’s such a complex character who could have been darker, a little more serious, and compelling. After Jessica Jones was cancelled and decanonized, the MCU really hasn’t had a detective. That would have been a great aspect about Moon Knight, had they hired better writers who understood the character better… rather than the same circle of campy/cringe Hollywood writers they typically use. Don’t get me wrong, I actually REALLY enjoyed Moon Knight for what it was, but that was mostly due to Oscar Isaac’s acting, the soundtrack, the visuals, the costumes, the combat, and how the split personality shifting/uncertainty was handled. I just wish they hadn’t wasted Steven Grant by making him a quirky bri’ish lad.

Because MCU has found it’s style. If you don’t enjoy, just go away and let others to. Life is difficult as is. MCU was always reserved as a prime cookie-cutter comedic entertainment that does not take itself too seriously. @@rinkibiswas3364 He's not brutal. Jake Lockley is a very friendly and sociable person. He can be violent when he has to be but he's mainly a very chill guy and he hangs out with everybody. He's probably the easiest alter in the system to get along with.
