Yeah. Same. I had a phase where I listened to Mooji for several hours each day after work / study. Just listening to him in an open and relaxed state always did something to me...

@@josephmurphy159 Fascinating :) i also had a long break and am taking a day off today for the spiritual practice. well, personally when I listen to Mooji I don't try to do anything. There are many different types and techniques of meditation. And I think we are free to play and experiment as we like but for the most part I don't really mix them OR i just go what feels natural to me without planning. But as far as Mooji goes, for me personally it has worked best to just to not do anything ("become empty") and let his words resonate. The watching the breath is more an anchor for the mind the way a mantra can be(although mantra also be creates energy). But i think if you are listening to Mooji + watching the breath you have 2 different points of attention. In tibetan buddhism for example there is "peaceful tranquility"(Samatha) or "insight" (vipassana) or "cutting through" (Chöd). I just wanted to say that there is not "one right way" of meditating but many approaches("skillful means"), which ultimately all have the same goal though. What exactly do you find difficult? But if it works it works I guess, in that case disregard what I say. Just like you, I would assume, I am merely a laymen traveler anyhow. If it suits your inclinations I would recommend drinking a large dose of strong ayahuasca with a good guide though.(25-30ML) It shows you all the things from the inside out and may illuminate these difficulties a bit better. Its been several years ago for me now as I have lived quite worldy but I have had an Ayahuasca experience where "Mooji came" (or what felt like his spirit and voice) and what he said just .. cleared everything away and showed me the way. Not saying it's necessary to take anything. Just sharing. Take care and good luck to you.

Do not believe anyone on word. Find out what it means to die, or better inquire what is that that will continue and what it means to live? And why are you so consurned about what comes next, why not live NOW, be free from your thoughts, you will die anyway like we all will. So focus on now and live because you are life. Infinite Love.
