Thank you. We love ferreting and can’t get enough of it at the minute. Excited to bring the young dog on and even more for next year with a new addition coming into the team! Our big hob loves to keep a hold of them if they bolt once and drop into another set you can almost guarantee a dig 😂

Very cool - Now I know what my dog really is. Everyone says "get a DNA" well, I don't need a DNA to know she's a sighthound, a mutt and she's meant to hunt. She's been hunting me, always from behind since she was 4 months old. Seen her go after bunnies and catch them, but just baby ones. A squirrel wouldn't stand a chance, lot of open ground to cover for safety in the woods. No, don't need a DNA, she's no highborn royal blood but she's living more like a queen than any of them show dog stars. Beautiful animals doing what their happy insides telling them to do. Nice!

These lurchers, whippets, greyhound love doing what they do. If that’s chasing game or lures it’s their nature and it’s a shame to not let them do so! Whenever I bring the collars out the dogs know exactly what we’re doing and love it!

@@adventureswithGeoff My girl gets excited when I put shoes on. I've got several acres of grass, out in the country, surrounded by fields and woods. She has all the room to do big laps wide open. She looks like a dirt bike throwing rooster tails of dirt and bean stubble. Nothing makes her happier than running and chasing me, watching all my neighbors like a Nosey Nellie.

why have you dug holes for rabbits to live in ?and why does your dog do somersaults before grabbing the rabbit

We don’t dig holes for rabbits to live in they do that themselves, one of the reasons we have to control the number as lambs get stuck or sheep break legs in them holes! Sometimes the dogs are that keen to grab the rabbit they give it their all and lunge and sometimes roll over shows a keen dog!
