It is fascinating to me that he bumps the counter, and daisy, and I think also his human, which is affectionate behavior, while also whining desperately for food, and his tail puffs up, which normally happens when cats are freaked out but in this case I think just speaks to his greatly excited state. Bro's experiencing a lot of emotions over food

He really does have some deep emotions festering within, you are dead accurate. And also really funny. He's a big sweetheart, adores other cats, always is affectionate with humans, loves being held, and we've never even heard him growl. He's the least aggressive cat I've ever owned. Yet he screeches in excitement at dinner. You'd never realize how calm he usually is haha

He's gotta be the most dramatic cat in excitement I swear. He's so calm and relaxed outside of dinnertime that the juxtaposition is hysterical. He and Daisy get along like littermates and she'll spend hours upon hours just simply licking him. He's got the life... But that life is meaningless the second he smells his food.

I love how he pretends he’s going to attack the refrigerator right before he gets the food. What a good kitty!

Every meal has to be a spectacle with this guy! He is cracking me up! So dramatic!

I want a proper response from Hill's Science. I agree entirely. They must be sneaking it in. Daisy hates almost all food (she'll opt to not eat for days before eating anything) but sops up Hill's Science chicken flavor like no tomorrow. It's been a huge help because it's hard to get her to eat. They're not putting the crack in the other flavors as much it would seem. It's something in the chicken.

Kitty clearly hasn't eaten in a week. All those moos, very silly.
