Another scene that reminds me of this is the parody Footloose scene in the movie Hot Rod, at the very end. These kinds of things make me laugh so hard I almost throw up 😂

This is the essence of comedy. That sequence of the knight seemingly never coming any closer is a magic piece of film comedy.

The people that just create a smaller dancing circle after he maims their friends always gets me

lol the dude is checking him out in the distance and just gives up. As soon as he stops paying attention a bit to take the bite of his fruit, he gets stabbed and caught off guard lol. Like how the fuck could you not notice him? He would have had to cross that field in half a second.

Lancelot is a a hero by every definition of the word. Just dove straight into danger without any concern for his own safety to save an imprisoned Princess. Didn't need any context or any other information except that she needed help.

This is perfect humor here. Like, what the fuck is supposed to have happened? Why did Lancelot run up the hill FIVE TIMES? How did he just suddenly appear? How did he even do that? It just flawlessly makes you question what in fuck's name is going on, which is what makes it so funny
