The stock market is rigged due to gov. intervening, via injecting liquidity the last 40 years...THey prop it up, so stocks are essentially overpriced..Excess liquidity in the market translates to high inflation, which you see in everyday prices. In other words asset holders(boomers) are in the gold and younger generation will have their dollars debased...Buy hedges against dollar debasement--precious metals and btc and eth...SIncerely, Mr 8 figures.

My cat is extremely vocal as well, we learned that if we play with her for like an hour straight until she's exhausted she will stop meowing lol until the next day when she starts again. My cat just has a lot of pent up energy and doesn't know what to do with it other than yell until someone plays with her for a while

Hey hey, I’m actually a veterinarian I’m TN. She may just be an anxious cat. Something that we recommend is essentially a plug-in for cats called Feliway. It releases a pheromone that we can’t smell but in theory it calms the cat.

The biggest thing this summer is buying a car. Always had parents buying used for me, but this is the first one I'm doing on my own. Sundai's helped with the motivation to write everything down, do the research, don't go for the first thing you see, make sure it's right, get the best deal etc etc. A great guide an motivator. REMEMBER: You want to negotiate the total price of the car NOT, I REPEAT NNNNNOOOOTTT the monthly payment. Try to get approval from a credit union outside of the dealership and do not tell them until they give you their offer.

Maybe put that reflective film on your office window so you can see out but people cant see in. Its not permanent so it peels off.

Yes please share as much about your experience in the stock market as you’d like to! After seeing how much my parents have been struggling to retire, my New Years resolution was to start preparing for future me. I have to help myself before I can help anyone else. I’ve been going into it completely blind but the things I’ve been picking up already make me feel like I have a better grasp on life and I’m always down to learn more! 🥰

This summer I have a few goals: 1. I want to redecorate my room, paint it, get a new bed, have creative space (I live with my aunt she let me do the changes). My plans elevated when I decided to stay longer so there. I wanted to go to Dream con but didn’t realize it was the end of this month so I planned a trip to Texas which was expensive cuz I just got back from another trip (Japan 🎉) which was also a goal. I also want to make my first cosplay for dream con (RDC world) so I can be comfortable for once. So I am learning how to use a sowing machine and went thrifting for the basics. I also want to learn how to use power tools and started taking regular dance classes. And hopefully get back into KZread. Love your videos. When you said start planning even before you can do it. It unlocked a Brain cell now have three and I am actually journaling my ideas in more detail. You have inspired me me so much. I am even actually waiting for my panoxyl wash instead of washing it immediately cuz I’m impatient.

Literally rushed when I saw this video had uploaded. Now I see two videos are coming, what a start to the week. You are so inspiring to watch love watching you succeed and inspires me to do more too. Set my alarm for 6:00am tomorrow morning to get back to the gym. 🇬🇧 The UK weather is trash just trash. We have had so much rain all this year with the sprinkling of the odd couple of days of sun. Even today two hours rain and a torrential downpour.

Thanks to Sundai I'm finally starting my own little veggie garden! For now I only have basil and green onions, but it's already very significant for someone who completely gave up on gardening a few years ago. She's also been inspiring me to work harder on my goals while not putting so much pressure on myself (Cuz that be a big issue for me). So thank you so much girly! Keep up the amazing work!!

Gurl I hate exercising but I like playing sports or doing activities for fun, but training is a hard no, but I have finally found the holy grail for weight loss and maintenance. 1. 14 hr intermittent fasting, 2. Swimming or ballet 20 min twice a week 3. HIIT 15- 20 min 3 times a week 4. 1 glass of fresh from a coconut water before each meal = I can eat whatever I want, whenever I want and go to sleep right afterwards and still stay fit. I half assed tried the Vince Sant course out of curiosity and the man is on to something, I tweaked his methology to fit my lifestyle but it worked for me, Especially for keeping toned.

​@@SundaiLove Also if you don't have an umbrella LLC, you need to get one, if you're operating as a sole proprietorship for each business then you are probably paying corporate income tax on top of other taxes... pay the money and get a good accountant who specializes in expat taxes in Cali, they'll save you more than what you pay them!

When the hubby and I were in Osaka he and I and a friend took a side trip to Kamakura and we ate at Ocean Harvest Cocomo, we sat at the bar and LOVED the food!
