Luxury,,,, Yes, only for the R I C H! EVERYTHING is EXPENSIVE! Nothing is enough. If it's just paycheck to paycheck 🙄 Budget is tight! It's good to have a job 😌 or a good paying job!?! Saved a little?! But it's hard to be rich! Credit Cards in progress.... Credit Cards to the maxxxx.... Plan AHEAD for your RETIREMENT! This is a serious matter!

Especially, doctor’s medical/physical consultation, hospitalization per day, medications, therapist, incase can’t go back to USA immediately🤔? We had the doctor order refills. He knows we will be in the Phils. Pharmacy also informed. 9 months supply allowed and then we paid out of pocket for another 3 months supply which was about $90 lang. So total of 1 year

Pareho din po sa inyo, first choice nya was to have a place in Angeles, Pampanga. Tinanong ko sya, bakit sa Angeles? Sabi nya, nasa center daw. Malapit sa Manila, malapit pagpunta sa Baguio, at kung gusto mong mag drive sa SBMA, Subic Bay. (Sa ngayon nga po, kasalukuyan syang nagbabakasyon dyan sa Philippines 🇵🇭 ) You planned your retirement very well. Yung medical insurance nyo po na 5K, sa Philippines po ba yon? Yun po ang fear namin kapag nag-retire kami eh baka di namin magamit yung insurance namin from US dyan sa PI. We normally have one aircon on in the living room during the day. At night we turn that off and then turn on the one in the bedroom.

I think $1000/ month for those who are thinking of moving back in the Philippines is okay, and you are right, as long as you don’t have a mortgage, no debts, and does not live in MetroManila. I am thinking of moving in a provinces. I would love to live a simple life, like you guys!

Medicare is US Health Insurance, you need US address in order to enroll in Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B. Premium or payment will be deducted thru SSS pension monthly.

Please let me know the average insurance for the house and SUV for a year then i will devide it to 12 months so i can add to the 34 thousand a month ++ expenses. Salamat po.

17k Home insurance annually. For the vehicles I don't know. It was already included in the SUV price and same with the motorcycle

We're planning our full retirement in Angeles City by Dec 2025 and living in Australia. Our house is currently under construction and hopefully completed by Nov 2024. Watching your videos helps in our preparation. Home and contents Insurance is a priority for us to include in our budget. Appreciate if you could address my concerns.
