What's also amazing his the regularity of his driving : never too slow, never too much either. For instance he doesn't lose precious seconds in skidding more than needed in turns : he's has a very firm and light hand on the wheel and his brake…

c'est propre, chaque courbe est optimisée au max, adaptation aux conditions, incroyable !

Une pure merveille avec un génie de la conduite...Même à cette vitesse il arrive à nous mettre en pleine confiance en tant que passager! Chapeau l'artiste!

C'est bien plus impressionnant que sa course de Pikes peak. Ces changements d'adhérence entre la neige et le bitume ça doit être terrible. Les pilotes WRC sont les meilleurs.

quelle précision et appréhension du tracé, il n en fait jamais trop, magnifique leçon de conduite!

Y a pas de mots... Une doublette Loeb/Elena au top, un parcours changeant et un pilote qui change de rythme en fonction... Un régal!! Juste un bémol : on ne voit pas la vitesse. Encore!

Petit jeu: tu t'installes confortablement et tu passes et repasses la vidéo pour voir après combien de fois tu commences à retenir le parcours ... puis tu vas avoir des sensations de dingue au fur et à mesure de l'apprentissage. Le pilotage va rentrer en toi et tu vas sentir les accélérations, les dérives ... et les approximations ... Merci merci et BRAVO Monsieur Loeb.

Là, je suis entièrement d'accord avec toi, on peut rivaliser avec lui, mais c'est très difficile, il a une concentration hors- normes et un don pour le pilotage 👍😉👍🤗

Je l ai suivi plusieurs années sur le rally du Valais et aussi du chablais !!! Énorme, c est un tt grand pilote, j adore .Que du bonheur .Merci Monsieur Loeb .❤

That wall hug at 23:23 😮😧 He proves that apart from hairpins you never need to drift. I'm sure he loses time on some corners against drivers who do drift on them, but then he gains so much more time on the fast bends. Additionally, the respect he had for the slippery ice surface was impressive. He doesn't really take risks. He's a cold precise calculator. He found no shame in going really slow when he needed to.

Yeah he seems to be slow in the slow corners early on in the stage, but is super quick on the flat corners... He is driving this stage like a circuit driver with no drift/slide on corners. Looking at this, I reckon I could have given him a run for his money down through here in my Escort mk2 (maybe not as much over the snowy part) Great to watch though.

Smooth is fast, and this run is so smooth. Doesn’t seem like he took any chances, just went as fast as he needed to. Great lesson in driving fast.

It's as if he always stays in the zone and never exceeds the limits at which a corner can be taken.He is just smooth.

Precisely… no over skidding, no over turn, no hard braking … Loeb isn't the fastest but he's the cleanest diver and that's how he's the greatest.

We can clearly see a constant battle between the momentum of the car and the forces applied to it via the engine and wheels. Sometimes both are used and sometimes one compensates the other. The driver being the conductor of that symphony.

it's 2019 and still there is no game that is even close to mirror real life rallying. Some things are good in dirt rally, or in WRC 8 or even RBR, but to be honest programmers will need to improve a lot in the future if they wanna create rally simulator. as it is now, there is no progress in video games, they managed to improve graphics over the years but when it comes to physics there are so many things CMR2.0 (released in 2002) does better than Dirt Rally of 2015 or WRC 8 (2019).

@@maripyter What does CMR2.0 have over Dirt Rally (2.0) in terms of simulation? I've played both games extensively and I really don't think it's a contest. CMR2.0 was fully designed as a sim-arcade game and you can tell that from the buttery surface physics, wide roads and short stages

28 minutes of pure terror, but on board with the best driver ever. A tiger that devours the road: no one error on wet, snow, ice and dry.. I'm not sure is a human, and your..?. I followed the F1 by many years, now i would'nt more at cause of my job, but also becouse i'm tired to see change the rules every year... Anyway i must admit that the rallys are umbilivable fascinous and, in my opinion, much more dangerous than the F1. In F1 the drivers would 'relax' in some moments, but above the road is always the same. 5-6 km of straights and corners than put under a huge pressure the phisical. Here while, the driver is always at the limit against himself. Don't is allowed loss nothing, and mistake nothing. The risk in F1 is finish by twenty years. Innthat sport will not end NEVER. I'm italian, but i must bow to Sebastian....
