Very good overhauling process.

I've only ever seen one of those in real life and we machined new bushes and did a full refurb it was a main pit cylinder for a aluminum foundry.

unglaublich ist des Schlossers Kraft wenn er mit Verlängerung schafft ,wohl war ; )) Schlagschlüssel+Verlängerungsrohr + Hallenkran ! Möchte nicht wissen wie das Knallt wenn da beim lösen der Schrauben etwas platzt ,besonders nicht dann, wenn man das ganze Gedöhnse auch noch brav am halten ist wie der zuversichtliche Arbeiter : ))

Bien sûr.Mécanique des engins lourds.

Wäre um einiges effektiver gewesen wenn man die Schutzhaube früher angebracht hätte. Arbeiter haben bestimmt gesehen das Steine auf die Kolbenstange fallen, da hätte man (vlt. sogar während dem Betrieb) eine Abdeckung anbauen können. Hätte einiges an Zeit und Geld gespart.

Brü du Genie, wird halt im Video gezeigt wie das Schutzblech ("Haube") angebracht wird. Und man fragt sich in der Tat, warum das nicht vorgesehen war. Selbst wenn die herabfallenden Steine in der Konstruktion nicht bedacht wurden hätte man eigentlich einschreiten müssen, lange bevor die Stange dermaßen beschädigt wurde. In der Kohleindustrie scheint wohl der Geldbeutel noch relativ locker zu sitzen.

because it wouldn't move, and they were not able to thread it off... this was the only solution to achieve the deadline

god why heat piston disaster right away if they had welded big plate onto piston it would open con only gus whwt that piston cost to make see theas so called spechelst doing excavorts rams and cant manage to open piston nut or tighten it wasters

spitzen video. sehr gute Aufnahmen, wirklich alles wichtige und interesante dabei, excellente Kommentare. Aber die zahlen Stimmen teilweise nicht. Es heißt 31to, im Titel sind es 44. 44 dürfen nicht auf einen 4 achs semi mit 3 achs zugmaschiene verladen verladen werden. 21 tage abbaupause. 25 tage überholungsdauer. aber hallo 1m stahl per sauerstofflanze abbrennen!!!!!!! . würde gerne mal wissen wieviel stangen und sauerstoffflascchen verbraucht wurden! kosten für die überholung??????????

it is not...the coal is transported to a railway track by the conveyor blets and from there it gets to the powerplant by railcars the powerplants are all over 10km and more away from the baggers

hmm bei AICHI Maschinen haben die einfachen Kolbenstangenschutz eingebaut nach 50 Jahren immer noch keinen Kratzer.....

Ein toller Beitrag, jedoch ist im Into bei der Aufzählung der nötigen Reparaturen die Rechtschreibung nicht so beachtet worden. Nicht sehr überzeugend. Darauf sollte man schon Wert legen. Trotzdem tolle Arbeit!

Das nenne ich nen gescheiten Bagger, grins

Es wurde platz geschaffen um alle arbeiten im Bereich des 40 Tonnen Krans durchzuführen. Und im Video sieht man nur ein 10 Tonnen Kran.
