As the Summer Spine Sprint draws to a conclusion in the early hours of day two, we see the start of the 268-mile Montane Summer Spine 2024 which takes on the full length of the Pennine Way. The weather has thrown everything at our runners from sunshine to rainstorms and thunder. Our competitors need to be flexible in their plans and rely on good decision making to get them through to the end. Motivation and excitement rides high for our starters.
