Fun Fact: Fungus isn’t actually evil. He only helped Randall because he feared him. At the end of the movie he was much happier and worked as a laugher.

@@YouKnowImOnMyPeriodYah Randall had never considered killing the children. He would have captured their screams with this machine and then brought them back to their children's rooms. The aim of this machine was to capture the screams of the children without causing physical harm to the children. However, the suction of this machine was not yet properly adjusted and too strong, so that both Boo and Mike could have died from it, had Sully not saved it. Randall was obviously unaware of this maladjustment of his machine. He had never intended to kill Boo with it.

With Charlie, he was probably just following standard protocol. Realistically, he'd probably get fired if he didn't report that or demoted or something.

I'd give Claire some slack since she celebrated even more (way more in fact) than Brock when Oozma Kappa won the scare games.

I would rank Hardscrabble lower since she locks Sully and Mike in the human world where they could be caught. That move could have destroyed the monster world! 16:06 they belong before Chet. I got the Monsters' University Fearbook and they signed Mike's yearbook. ACtually, I changed my mind. You're right.

Personally, I think Waternoose is worse than Randall but maybe that’s just me. I would have put Randall in second place and Waternoose as most evil. I was surprised to see Sully as low as he was but I also haven’t seen Monsters University. I’ve heard he has a more cynical side in that movie. Maybe not cynical but more prideful, arrogant, etc.

Waternoose wasn't a good guy but he at least had reasons such as the city's energy supply being at stake. Randall, though having much less power and influence than Waternoose, acted purely out of selfishness and a petty grudge.

U're wrong about Randall and Waternoose tho. When Boo's screams were almost extracted by scream extractor, Randall was literally smiling while watching that and Waternoose seemed kinda uncomfortable. Randall also nearly choked Sully and later nearly made him fall to his death (both right in front of Boo). Not to mention when he said to Sully how he'll "take good care of the kid". Basically he's willing to brutally kill someone mostly cuz of jealousy and petty revenge *and* he seems to enjoy torturing and hurting kids. Waternoose wanted to save his company (probably cuz thats his family's legacy) and he wanted to solve energy crisis which means he kinda cared about well-being of monster world. They were part of the same scheme but still Randall is much more evil than Waternoose

Not gonna lie I love the updated style in transition of characters.

I find it fascinating that a couple of the character’s ranking has basically changed thanks to Monsters at Work. Ms. Flint and Fungus are a great example.

Fungus should have higher because he is a nice guy and was forced to build that machine and even apologize to Mike for what he's doing because Randal forces him and in the end of the movie he seems happy to make kids laugh rather than scare them he should have been higher

As well as being beaten up with a shovel, he also mentioned in Kingdom Hearts 3 that he was almost turned into a wallet.

Kingdom Hearts is non canon to the films' timeline though it does show a true fact that Randall has no concept of forgiveness and compassion, as stated by Sulley in Kingdom Hearts III as he only cares about himself and winning and has no comprehension of friendship.

Randal isn't evil, he belongs in a psychic clinic. He isn't right in his head anymore

Surprisingly, you didn’t give Randall Boggs the silver medal of evil and Mr. Waternoose the gold medal of evil. It was surprising because you usually rank villains higher on the evil list than their minions, and Randall wasn’t with Mr. Waternoose when Waternoose planned to kidnap a thousand children.

All the characters in the Hazbin Hotel and Heullva Boss videos, except for that one child that got killed at the end of Heullva Boss, and the other minor human characters, reside in hell. I think it's safe to say that, except for Charlie the Princess of Hell who was just simply born there and the humans in the living world that maybe includes the child that got killed at the end of Heullva Boss, all of them are evil as a result of them ending up in Hell after they died. (The two videos establish that one goes to Hell for doing bad deeds/being evil, so it's not like one of them could have gone to Hell for simply not believing in God, not accepting Jesus as their savior, or not depending on one's sins, or something of that nature. They have to legitimately be evil.)

Well aside from Charlie, it's kinda hard to rank most of them. Charlie was born in hell and didn't end up there like everyone else. Vaggie is the only one aside from her i'd say was good as not only is she trying to help her girlfriend, but also is trying for redemption too. I think

Has it ever been established what year Monsters Inc takes place in? Wouldn't it be neat if it turned out that Monsters Inc was a prequel to Sesame Street & that over time monsters lost their scariness & started living alongside humans & other muppet characters in peace?

Yeah , Randall is Neutral Evil according to Dnd alignment system. BTW Lawful Evil , Neutral Evil and Chaotic Evil themselves have the same level of the evilness , It depend on the characters.

Celia was a part of one of the biggest mysteries in monster history, she deserves to be mad. Also, we only see her happy for the rest of the movie, and look at her! When she yells, she is all banged up. She deserves to be in the good part of his list.

I feel Fungus is more of a neutral maybe? Like yeah he's evil for going along with the plans and knowing/willingly able to torture kids/anyone who gets in the way. But, he's Randall's assistant and is also shown to be scared of him-its likely Randall manipulated/forced him to do it or would get him fired from Monsters Inc (Randall being in cahoots with Waternoose and could possibly frame Fungus). He does seem to get redeemed at the end as he is still employed there and wasn't put in jail/banished

@@WickedBinge Please do Thomas & Friends Characters: Good to Evil. I give Thomas the Gold Medal of Good, I give Percy the Silver Medal, I give Lady the Bronze Medal & I give Diesel 10 the Gold Medal of Evil. The only time Diesel 10 seemed to have behaved was Thomas & Friends: Calling All Engines.

Randall is not evil. He's only trying to save his city from an energy crisis. Sure, he kidnaps a child to do it, but monsters don't see children as anything but a power source. You can't blame him from thinking that way.

Vetarlit Torf I’m pretty sure that was Waternoose. He’s the one that seemed nervous yet still realized he had to do it, whereas Randall seemed to actually enjoy kidnapping kids and using the extractor. And, as stated in another comment, he tries to kill Mike and Sulley more for for personal reasons unrelated to helping the power crisis.

Waternoose is the mastermind behind Randal and gave him the power to do all his evils, he should be number 1

No actually, everything was all Randall's idea. Waternoose even said "I never should have gone through with this, because of you I had to banish my top scarer." Showing that Randall put the idea in Waternoose's head. Waternoose was more driven out of desperation to keep the company going, where Randall truly enjoyed the suffering of others.

@@firenze6478 He indeed has all the power, though unfortunately he allowed one of his employees to brainwash him, though yes he especially crossed the line by saying he would kidnap thousands of children. Though I would still put Randall a little higher simply because it is implied that kidnapping children was his intentions as well that he passed onto Waternoose. And Waternoose was originally shown to be kind, whereas Randall was mean spirited and a jerk.

jax the wolf that’s fair but responsibility of all of this is on him. Without his power Randal would be forced to give up and try to legitly beat sully and maybe grow a bit of decency if waternoose didn’t easily give in. So vice versa they bring each other down

It kind of bugs me how this franchise has several villains, but it can’t be clear on who is truly worse than the other. Dean Hardscrabble exemplifies what it means to be the best of the best for the head of a university: they open the doors to anyone who can make it, but they either act passively supportive or look down on them unless they can really prove their worth. Johnny is just a rich snob, but he genuinely acts more antagonistic than Hardscrabble. Then there’s Randall and Watternoose, both had this conspiracy going on for some time, but Randall is clearly the filth in this insidious plot, while Watternoose is only acting on this somewhat reluctantly, since he cares for the safety of his company and the monster world, despite the cold decisions he makes.

Unfortunately, Randall is more evil and cruel than him. Waternoose is friendly and only becomes a villain to save his company out of desperation and felt remorse for banishing Sulley and Mike.

@@kellyoriley2996 Nah I can remember stuff from when i was around four or five and Science has now actually confirmed that kids CAN remember stuff that young especially if it was traumatic/meaningful. Also quite often I find whenever you rewatch something it can bring back those moments. E.G. for me whenever I smell Cigarette smoke it reminds me of my Birth Father (I was raised in foster care) and his brown leather jacket. I would wait for him outside on my apartment balcony and when i saw his mail van (he worked for Canada Post) I would run down the stairs (ellies too slow is what i called the elevator) and buzz him in and give him a giant hug.

Johnny Worthington should’ve got the bronze medal for Evil instead of Fungus because Fungus only worked for Randall out of fear. And I know that this video was before the video regarding which Pixar villains out of all Pixar villains are the most evil, but Johnny Worthington was a big contributive to not only Randall’s descent into villainy, but also the cause of Sulley’s cocky attitude and Mike feeling like an outcast. That video was exactly how you ranked Johnny Worthington, Mr. Waternoose and Randall, so it should’ve been that way in this video.
