Is it normal that when i put the earphone/s into the charging case the Left earphone stays in red light while the Right is off? How to properly power off this? Thank you 😊

Found a fix for the unsync problem Here's what i did I paired up only one and tap the MFB button 6 times on both earbuds and disconnect but didn't unpair and i power on both and pair with the other onn that appeared on the connect list (the one that wasn't paired before) Then i just unpair the first one ***During or after the 6 tap on the mfb it says pairing on both side Not sure if these are the exactly right step. I just kept trying till it worked Also in the manual factory reset was 5 tap on mfb, maybe that's what did it

How much lantcy of this airbuds

mine kept being separated. When I wanna connect it to my phone, the Bluetooth will show, there’s two connection of the earphones

No, it doesn't.

i think the one i ordered was fake 1 or class a, there is no silicon lace inside ... all in all very good sound quality ..indeed 😅

How to power off?

Is there a way to solve disconnecting then connecting problem that happens almost every minute. Then it will sometimes work for a few seconds and then you cant hear anything until you disconnect it and reconnect.

They are not fitting good in the eqrs, they falling a lot

Does anyone also has their earbuds' touch functions and sounds interchanged? Like the long press that was supposed to be on the right earbud to change it to game mode is on my left earbud, and the ling press that was supposed to be on the left earbud to open voice assistant is on my right earbud. The other touch functions are like this too like my next and volume is on my left and my previous and volume down is on my right. I also tried listening to dolby atmos 8d audiohere on yt and the sound position is also swapped. Is this issue fixable?

No they don't change in any circumstances. All touch functions writing in the owners' manual which comes in the box.

Thy say it has auto ANC. But i don't think that is a proper working feature.

dont overcharge it , at first time just charge as manual say.. 1.5hr ,no need to full charge as old time battery
