This was the best VHS I had when I was a kid. Another great one has "rainbow in the dark" playing as super sled pulling trucks blow up.

Still got a working vcr and I still got this tape. Brought this to school with me watched it with my classmates in elementary and always remembered this tape. The tape itself is 30 years old but it still works like new

I rented this on VHS yearsssssssssss ago when blockbuster first opened up. *ROFL* I was like 7-8 years old.

The amount of horsepower in those mud dragsters are scary yet thrilling 😁

I remember bringing this as a vhs to school in 2007 I was in second grade and the teacher kept letting me play all three tapes cuz we had nothing to do for the rest of the day and all we did was watch these bloopers kids love monster trucks no matter what age

That is a fiberglass/tube frame truck. The rear steer had failed and the front right 4 links had been broken which would cause the front steer to not be able to work correctly. I guess they thought the best solution would be to lift it off the ground.

That was Scott Hess' Bearfoot and he managed to steer clear of the camera operator. The camera operator panicked at thought Bearfoot was going out of control right at him.

If it wasn't for the rivalry between Tom Meents in Monster Patrol, Goldberg, and Team Meents vs Dennis Anderson in grave digger monster jam wouldn't be what it is now, from crushing cars and getting 20 ft off the ground to jumping buses, getting 60 ft of the ground and doing fucking Backflips,Frontflips, and fucking corkscrews with 15,000 pound trucks is mind blowing

At 4:07, I know the truck up close is Taurus, but is that Mad Dog in the far lane?

27:26 Now this just doesn't make any sense. They used to move the truck like that where it's completely off the ground? (Not to mention that real trucks were heavier that today's fiberglass design)
