Monster Jam - BEST of the 2020 Season

Hey guys! I was looking back at what kind of content to make and realized I haven't made a BEST of the 2020 Season video yet! As you know 2020 was the first year I started traveling to shows every weekend, and looking back man it was a great first year! Kinda wish it would've played out.. but... you know what happened. The 2020 season was up and down. There were some very amazing moments that went down as usual. It was better then 2018 and 2019 in my opinion. It was unfortunate that it had to end so early and abruptly

I agree. That run was incredible. Everything just kept going right for him. And then he had almost the exact same crash the next day
The BRODOZER MONSTER JAM truck from the Diesel Brothers is gotta be one of my favorites from MONSTER JAM history! 😁
I will say that the 2020 season was promising but it definitely would have been much better had Covid-19 not happened
I really wish COVID didn’t happen!

The All Star was coming to my stadium and then it had to be cancelled!

Monster jam let go of so many amazing drivers Becky Mcdonagh, Justin Sipes, Neil Elliot, Candice Jolly, Heavy D, Diesel Dave and some independent teams discontinued competing in Monster Jam shows like 2Xtreme racing, Natural Disaster motorsports, and Vaters motorsports, hopefully Morgan Kane returns to driving since he still makes appearances at monster jam shows because he’s got a lot left in him Rosalee Ramer said that she and her dad plan on returning to the monster truck scene soon

I feel like that was the perfect time if there was one to get out of the sport if they wanted to. I know Justin Sipes isn't back because of regulations with the vaccine. I think Neil Elliott was thinking about retiring. To me Becky McDonough just didn't have it anymore and would get very undeserving scores most of the time. As fir the diesel brothers, I love what they do with there current business. They are very entertaining but i did not like them in Monster Jam at all. Heavy D finally tasted getting some skill behind the wheel towards the end of the 2020 season but then left with the rest of them.

This is not exactly true. Most of the drivers that left were long time veterans who were already waning on retirement or people that went onto other things. 2extreme just started their own shows which is more profitable and less physically demanding on the Cretens. The diesel brothers’ contract ended, the only ones I’m not sure about with this list are Becky and Justin. Every other name is in another spot not exactly in the control of Feld. Also not sure what changed with the Ramers but Rosalee was at the awards show so evidently Feld is still in touch with her

@@MJJackinator yeah those independent teams now either put on their own shoes and tours or just strictly compete in independent shows. It is easier for the teams and not as demanding on crews and drivers. I feel like they are even more competitive because everyone they are competing against have to pay the same bills and don't have company money behind them. I think they moved on to bigger and better things

@@MJJackinator Monster Jam didn't just left go of those drivers. Most if not all of them were definitely money makers for the company
I did my own world finals if it still took place in 2020 lineup with like 32 trucks bc there was so many good trucks in this season

Based on there being 24 trucks in 2019 I don’t think it would’ve been possible to have 32. They don’t just select good drivers, they need to have an already set amount and full in that number. Many good drivers were left out this year for that reason

Nah at 0:45 Missed ramp M.E just deserves a penalty so Charlie just won Against M.E
Imo I don’t think there was anything really great abt the 2020 season besides St. Louis

2020 season had some of the worst lineups, except for Stadium Tour Yellow and Green.
