In the second set isn't it better to wear the dragonking eyepatch instead of the odogaron head and change the teostra hands with odogaron hands? You gain a better slot for gems and trade bleeding resistance for constitution.

I love how this game has so much more content even after you beat the final boss

Seems like a pretty solid all around set, though I do feel Dragon Attack could be swapped for something better.

I'm using something similar to what you're using except I have the lega vambraces for airborne level 1, I'm not entirely sure if it increases your helm breakers attack or not though.

I think its better to use Val Hazak LS with death stench pants. death stench gives you an extra slot and +2 handicraft. That gets your white sharpness on Val Hazak LS and with an attack jewel in the extra slot you are only losing one level of attack up. The raw on Val Hazak is much better and will give more damage. Everything else can be kept the same. Plus Val Hazak has higher base elemental damage and an extra slot for end game augments. meaning it will have an extra 10% affinity and 3% raw. While Xeno LS will have to choose either 10% affinity or 3% raw. This small change gives you more damage.

How did you equip that coil? Is it a special skin

At the moment you have 8 points of attack boost, from gloves coil greaves and charm. Id recommend swapping your chest to a dober mail beta, that would free up your charm slot for speed sharpening 3, then give you back a gem slot.

Alternatively, Rathalos Helm Beta would also get you the gem the same way, freeing up your charm for weakness exploit 3, then youll have a free gem slot.

So is there a reason why you have 8 stacks of Attack Up even though it can only go up to Lv7? 2 from the Nerg Waist, 2 from the Boots, 1 from the gloves and 3 from the amulet...

So many jewels that i need to farm for its a great set but i recommend using the damscus chest its got a lot of room for customizeablity along with its helm and legs

Ya, on a crit, your helm splitter did 706 damage. 97 on initial poke, then 87 * 7 on the fall. You might want to put that in the description. 5:58 that was for the original build.

You didn't use your polish on the second weapon test which would've kept it in white and your helm strike would've done more damage. I might be wrong here not a MH pro

he's using the samurai armor skin go to your room in astera, use the storage chest, choose the change appearance option, then choose the armor layering option, from there apply or take off the samurai set as you please.

I used a very similar build but I use all attack gems for the boost in power "Long Sword for life!"

This game looks amazing, don't have either console but if I may get one just for this game

Nice build indeed! You could also sacrifice your chest piece for the nergigante's chest piece Alpha, granting you another level of agitator as well as stamina surge 2 while STILL having a level 1 slot for another jewel to further increase your DPS in enraged mode. This is because if you're using protective polish, you're unlikely to lose sharpness by the time the monster flees so you can just sharpen again right before the encounter. If you're lucky, youll eventually get agitator jewels (level 2) as well as critical boost jewel. Perhaps the agitator charm may be also worth it to max out your agitator, or the maximum might jewel, to make use of the "stamina surge 2" on your chest with this set up. Anyways, enough babbling....

AohkShadow I think it's so that when he sharpens, it stays sharp longer. And having speed sharpen helps to sharpen more often.
