He got so lucky against the Gnomenapper, I faced him while playing Shaw, he played the fill your board with gnomes at turn 4. When I finally managed to clear his board, he played another one, I cleared again, he played a THIRD COPY OF THAT CARD, so I pretty much had to trade my entire board and hand to finally clear it for the third time. Then guess what? HE HAS 4 COPIES OF THAT CARD IN HIS DECK. I lost when he filled his board with gnomes for the 4th time.

dont forget he has 8 mana fullclear and ~20/20 creature with no downsides. and his heropower effectively is 2 mana assassinate

ummm i think the 8 mana clear that spawn a minion with combined stats is another boss. it has a different name but the portrait is Nightmare Amalgam

Thought the same here every time i face him he plays in turn 4 his fcking gnom fill the board...first time i see him not doing this

Because of fel reaver i discarded his kingsbane on turn 6

I've already beaten it with Toki Time Tinkerer, Darius Crowley and Houndmaster Shaw. But with Tess, barring a few bosses along the way, I have an easy time before I get absolutely steamrolled by Captain Shivers.

i beaten captain with upgraded tess hero power with tess weapon plus deadly poison with leeching seed it was super fun and broken at the same time having 1:8 windfury weapon that can be buffed easily is just to good Literally out smorked his ass XD

I got stupid lucky with him and made him mill his Kingsbane. Instantly half of his deck is useless.

I was screaming "AMAZ, BURN THE DAMN KINGSBANE", seriously, he could've filled the opponent's hand with spells from galliwix and he would've drawn cause of the passive hero power, that's how I beat him

Toki is definitely harder if not the hardest. Shaw and Tess both took the first try for me. Toki is literally built around rng or mech synergy and neither seems powerful or reliable enough to beat Infinite Toki as far as I can tell

The Exalted The first monster hunt I played was Toki, and I won on my first try. Luckily I got that mech scaling on my spells and got a 1 mana 20/20

Nah Toki is really easy, just abuse the double spell passive, and if you can get robe of the magi as well almost every spell you get is nuts

silvastre i’ve won from hagatha and completed dungeon run with all classes, both within 3 days of their release.

On my first time with Toki, I had a chaotic run. I got the passive treasure that casts your first spell again twice and I also chose royal gift. I was getting tons of minions from unstable portal x3 and then getting average of 5 or 6 minions on my board with royal gift and getting +30/30 or higher in stats

I first tried Tess with otk cards. I got the treasure minion that gives spell damage +2 every time you cast a spell and abused the 0 mana rock throw to get big damage in

Trust Amaz to have shivers super low roll him. Has no idea what the boss is capable of and just smorcs him successfully. Meanwhile, people who are fully aware of what he's capable of get high rolled and still lose. I got the Jade Shuriken dream myself (a few Shurikens + Cult of the Wolf + Sticky Fingers), and Shivers proceeds to play all his anti-spell minions on curve. >.> Normally, the advice about playing the Seals would have been correct, as the arguable easiest way to beat this boss is to burn Kingsbane while it's in the deck (hence why people mill the hell out of him when he gets Fel Reaver out).

Man, Amaz got VERY lucky with this. I wish the AI made same kind of misplays when I play against them.. But no, they always clear the board and use buffs before attacking.. Though I gotta say Fel Reaver helped me alot against Shivers. Managed to discard like 90% of his deck with it (not the weapon) and since I had jade's I ended up having 12, 13, 14 and 15 jade's on the board after he used the board clears. Toki's final boss was much easier though. I've not even got to the last boss with the houndmaster and the cannon guy yet.

I am saying in a scenario where the secret has not yet been triggered, you can use Tess power to see what secret it is...

if i got it right each monster hunter is 2 classes and hagata is shaman so 4x2=8 8+1=9 classes

Actually, you can melt kingsbane if you let his hand at 9 or 10 cards without kingsbane equipped bc of his hero power.

I love how amaz always used his power BEFORE casting his strikes. Because making the chance of discovering one higher is for smart players, not people who make thousands of dollars playing this game.

I haven’t won a single kobolds dungeon run. Won with Toki on my first try, with +3 spell dmg and the 1 mana mech with infinite scaling. Then I won with Tess on my 2nd try by hoarding small rocks and coins into questing adventurer. Should’ve won my first try but the wisp lady stole my two malygos and azure drake..

I haven't played HS since the K&C Dungeon Run and only came back for the Monster Hunt and I cleared it with Tess on the first try. Being a PvE Master is surprisingly easy.

you mean if he used Azari. if he used Final Seal then cap would draw kingsbane next turn and he would have to wait 4 more turns for his kingsbane to go back in the deck

why did he take Potion of Vitality over First Aid Kit? I think First Aid Kit sounds better for value trades and you constantly heal anyway so you don't need the starting health.

He also kept on refreshing his kingsbane = unlimited health and dmg, i couldnt even get 1 dmg cuz he always healed

yesterday i played Houndmaster, and i won :D but then i tried Time-Tinker, and i need the Amazing Amaz help :/, i went all the way to 7, then 8 was like a copy of herself just maybe evil and powerful and i lst with having a chance at all, u most try course that was bullshiit in my eyes XD

So lucky. Those plays though :/ Could've been better Amaz!

That's so stupid I'm fucking 200 monsters in and no successful clears....so fucking stupid and i can't wait to get it done and over with... so fucking cheap...all of a sudden they just happen to pit me with a cheap boss that has EVERYTHING IN HIS HANDS and nothing in mine every single time AND it doesn't help that i don't know this game
