한 십년전에 롯데리아에 김치버거 있었었는데 한국인들은 햄버거를 먹을 때 한국의 맛을 느끼고 싶어 하진 않죠 ㅋㅋ 또 먹고 싶은 맛은 아니긴 했어요

김치를 잘고길게 썰어서 물에한번 씻고 설탕 많이넣고 볶으면 볶음양파 대용으로 쓸수있을듯

You should take Juno to Korea when she's older. We went with our two kids (8 and 12) last year and they loved it. There's an awesome playground in the middle of Ulleungdo with a super long roller slide, a big dragon-shaped slide at Daewangam park in Ulsan, and a dragon-shaped temple (대원사) just north of Pohang. You go in through its mouth. (Yes, I have a child who loves dragons!) That burger looks amazing.

It's now available at Warren Street forever because of you guys! I tried the double last week and it tasted amazing!!! Literally a perfect combination of Korean and western food.

why do I keep watching these videos at 2 or 3am, when I'm already laying in bed, prepared to sleep and also starting to get hungry?

우와 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 솔직히 별로라고 할 줄 알았는데 (과거에 항상 한국식 ㅇㅇ 시도했을때 실망한 적이 많았잖아요!) 이번 버거는 대박이군요!!! 완전 궁금해ㅠㅠㅠ

I find it interesting that Josh has such a strong reaction to Ollie suggesting rude behaviors like leaving a date without a word, but doesn't bat an eye when calling Ollie an idiot. A lot.

Honest Burger has been my favourite burger place for a while now and this burger was honestly amazing!! One of my favourite specials they have done ❤️

Today was my first time out of America. I toured London and thought I saw this restaurant so I came back to where I’m staying and watched this again. It was not the same restaurant but fun all the same. Funnily enough, the family I’m staying with has a son named Ollie with a friend named Josh. 뭔가 크게 착각하시네요. 일본음식이나 중국음식이나 외국에서 자리잡게 된것은 퓨전을 잘해서거나 서양음식화해서가 아님 그 음식의 맛과 특징이 고스란히 살아나도록 했고, 특히 해외의 정착민 식당을 통해서 인지도가 높아지다보니 오늘날까지 인지도를 가지고 있는거임. 그리고 그 인지도 쌓는데 걸린 시간은 100년 이상입니다. 대표적인 게 일본의 스시임. 지금은 외국입맛에 맞게 많이 바꿨다고 해도 기본적인 형태는 전혀 바뀌지 않았음. 외국에서 퓨전음식이라건 그 나라의 음식의 맛은 그대로 살리면서 자국음식과 어울리도록 만드는거지 우리음식을 외국음식 안에 파묻어버리는 식으로 만들어선 죽도 밥도 안됨 실제로 님은 모르겠지만 우리나라 음식을 서양음식화 시키려고 노력했지만 거의 다 실패했음. 이유는 한국음식 정체성이 서양음식화 하면서 많이 옅어졌다는게 외국 내국의 음식가 평이었음. 차라리 전통 한국음식을 외국에 알리되 그 문화를 이해하기 쉽게 편안한 음식을 중심으로 꾸준하게 알려가야하고, 특히 비지니스 맨 위주로 많이 알려져야함 우리나라 사람들은 빨리 알리고 싶단 마음에 서양화 해야한다는데 현실은 한국 음식이 빨리 홍보 안되는 이유가 그것입니다. 어설프게 서양음식화했다가 실패하거나 모호하게 되서 되려 한국 음식이 어떤 맛인지 잘 알려지지 않은 경우가 더 많음 무작정 서양음식화해야한다고 생각하면 큰 착각임

우리나라에 있는 서양음식이 실제랑 달라서 한국음식이라고 볼수있다면 외국에 나가서 다른음식이랑 섞인 한국음식도 원판이랑 다르면 그게 한국음식이 아니지않음? 비약이 좀 잇네 전통적인걸 고수하면서 외국으로 나갈수있도록 수정해나가는 방향을 메인으로 잡고 자연스럽게 파생되거나 새로 만들어지는 퓨전음식을 밀어줘야지 처음부터 전통버리고 퓨전을 메인에 두고가면 그게 한식의 세계화라고 볼수있을지

그리고 한국음식은 중국이나 일본과 다르게 발효한 재료를 쓴 음식과 캡사이신이 강한 매운 음식때문에 보편적인 외국인 입맛에 크게 어필을 못하는거지, 맛의 특색이 없어서가 아님. 영국남자에서 김밥과 김치볶음밥이 좋은 반응을 얻은 것처럼 보편적인 맛을 파고들면 어필할 음식도 많음. 현재 한국음식의 세계화의 관건은 1. 보편적으로 인식할만한 대중적 음식으로 각인화 일본하면 다른 음식은 몰라도 와규나 스시, 고베 스테이크는 압니다 우리도 이렇게 대표적인 한국음식 브랜드를 대중화, 보편적 인식화시키는게 문제고 2.두번째는 고급화의 문제죠 이 두가지에서 계속 고심해야하고, 발전시켜야할 문제지. 서양음식화의 문제가 아님 정작 이 영상처럼 저런 한국화된 버거를 좋아하는 사람은 한국 음식을 먹어본 사람이나 좋아하는겁니다. 서양화된 한식을 먹고 즐길 수 있는 사람도 한식을 어느 정도 즐길 수 있는 외국인이나 좋아하는거지 그외에 사람이 먹으면 '이게 뭐지? 한식도 아니고 양식도 아니고...'라는 반응을 보임
