I really feel bad for Monsoon for his final line because from the way he says it, you can tell he's afraid of Jack. Just imagine that you, fighting face to face with a dangerous maniac, use all your strength and still cannot inflict a single blow on him...

I love how Monsoon triggers Raiden and wants him to fight, but once he gets some hits in he backs up and goes "Oh shit this dude's an actual psycho" lmao

Yeah. Getting the timing down for parrying is hard, but very useful.

Monsoon is the most difficult boss fight in my opinion and the most annoying. Every single time I threw my emp grenade, he would either dodge or hit me.

What the game doesn’t tell you is that you can quick-use to Grenade by double pressing the grenade button, skipping the aim section.

There's actually a way to cut 30% of his HP off right at the start of the fight, I think it can be repeated if you get good RNG but it makes the fight significantly more bearable to do without the pincer blades

​@DaBigA If you stun him hitting too much or making a strong combo you can use the sundowner pincers and honestly that deal almost 25% of the bosses damage in one charged attack. (Note this only works in the full body because the head have damage reduction when fell apart)

Bd monsoon is harder for me Edit after 2 weeks: I S ranked monsoon on revengeance difficulty 3 times and I S ranked senator too im not random noob that says it if you dont Got em bombs it Will be Hard and boring in bd monsoon but in normal monsoon it gives you em bombs when you cut trough the vehicles or just use Wig A which gives infinite ammo then dodge the projectiles

Not really any trick. Just gotta learn the timing to use Offense Defense when he throws the RP grenades.

Monsoon can't survive from my blade mode and he's get mad LoL

Did you know you can parry the helicopters, and only the helicopters?

I'm currently on no damage boss run and he's a fucking nightmare to me 🙃

I highly suggest using the scissorblades. They do enough damage that you can skip some of his Blade Mode phases. Makes it a little easier near the end.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but if you're talking about blocking you just tap the direction (WASD in my case) the attack is coming from and Left Mouse click at the same time. A well timed block will parry an attack as well.

why monsoon cant just use his magnetic power against cyborg made of metal. he can just squeeze raiden's skull and rip him apart. monsoon is using electro magnetic power but can be stuned by emi granede he can separate and lift his head up where no one can get him and fight only with a headless body. he can attack from 4 sides at the same time and raiden will not be able to block all attacks. he would be the strongest boss in the game if there was logic
