Monkey3 are a psychedelic rock band from Lausanne, Switzerland, that is similar in style to bands like Beaver, latter day Celestial Season, Pink Floyd and especially 35007.
They rely on hypnotic riffs and repetitive nature of music. In live situation this is all enhanced by light shows and by projecting images and snippets from movies on to the stage or a backdrop.

I like all the songs you carefully pick for your videos very much! Monkey3 is one of my favourite bands, and "Driver" an exceptional track. Your video is damn cool, very psychedelic and hypnotic. Beautiful ending!
What is up with this band? every song I have heard by them has this epic larger then life solo going on, and it blows my mind! This is my new favourite band!

They are quite well-known in the realms of stoner/post rock. I'm seeing them for the fourth time in London this month. Amazing live band!

The Restart Point Saw them in Bristol the night before the London gig. Was top drawer until they had a problem with an amp and had to close the set half way. Hope yours was a good show.

Majesty, I thank you indeed for uploading, it was about time Monkey3 got some recognition and more folks found out about them. Would it be possible for you to upload some tracks from their first (self titled) album? Hard to believe, but it's actually even better than 69 laps.. :) The track "35007" (in tribute to the band) is the freakin' best instrumental since... well, ever! :D
