Please listen to the baby thats to much one you are crippling its poor gait its never going to walk normal two you are causing it a lot of pain three look at its poor tail it needs more frequent diaper changes by the redness of its bottom its tail needs to be on the outside you can cause enough damage that it falls off. I understand the diaper possibly leaking its gonna happen eventually but putting a larger diaper over the other is to much its to bulky between its little legs if you feel the need to cover the smaller diaper then use solf cloth diapers cut to fit the baby's bottom they will be less bulky and they will create the barrier you want please think about it and listen to the baby's cries and use some diaper rash cream instead of the powder thats irritating its butt. Poor sweet innocent baby. You know that you need to Change her several times a day!! Especially if you feed her you know she will need changing soon! You also need to have a hole in her diaper for her tail to be free. This will affect her development and health if you do not allow her tail to be free and it will also make clean up much easier.
