Monkeys need to be trained.. and they need to obey now that they are still small. Otherwise when fully developed at age 2yrs. They will be telling the humans what to do or not to do.. and this is just a BIG NO NO PUKA is treated very well.. but needs to behave and LEARN!! as it is Being animals will only learn by instinct They will copy what they see These monkeys are MANIPULATORS!! I HATE it when little monkeys manipulated their environment and human foster caregivers That is why i don't have animals in my home

How precious it is when Puka drinks the juice from the fruit. He eats well because mom takes her time feeding him. You can tell that he is fed regularly because he never acts like he is starving like so many others. Mom knew that it would satisfy his desire to drink like she was doing so she gave him a fruit that had milk in it. He is always so clean and he is dressed in nice clothes. They love him so much.

Why the socks? Don’t monkeys use their feet to get around more easily? I am a little confused here….preventing the monkey from doing natural things like climbing could be stressful? I could be wrong, but just asking. And yes, this sweet little one is very well groomed. Cute too.

Puka is such a good boy, he wanted to try the milk drink in mums glass. When you left to get him the fruit he could have tried the drink. I was so impressed that Puka waited patiently until mum came back to feed him. He really enjoyed that fruit. Puka you are a little treasure, it’s great to watch you eating with mum.
