This is a heads up for people at 14:42 and always fall when they try to walk across the rocky ledge. Use the stepping stones to the south. I kept trying to cross the rocky ledge for like 10 minutes until i realized that there's another route. Like it says, a different route for everybody.

I like slayer for a lot of his stuff. just MM2 is a disaster quest.

Finally got this done at 6AM. Ty Snugs the most for the sabotaging the air ship part, I couldn’t have done it without your guide!

Big big advice for glough fight. They increased his final form range so it's no longer possible to "flinch" him. You need a bastion potion + crystal bow and to decide whether you have enough health to hit him (he can hit 24x3 due to his teleport loop you get duck in) Crystal bow has a range of 10 so you can lure his second form to the archway and safely attack him which will save all your food for final form (no other weapons have the distance to do this)

I stood 2 tiles away from him on my 13 def pure and used a light ballista. Took 1 attempt and was chill lol

Heads up for those at @28:26. For those who can't find the Assistant Le Smith, try going to the bank icon on apetoll (just west of the big building). Climb the ladders up and you'll see yourself in a jail cell. Pick the lock then run south then west. You may find him in an otherwise unreachable rooftop. Like if this helps you!

I love how well produced and well thought out all these guides are. Really appreciated the reminder suggesting a break before the quest mentally destroys you. I didn't listen to it, but that was pretty solid advice looking back on it.

Your Platform/Explosives part saved my sanity. I was so dreading it! But I followed you step by step, took it slow, and only got caught once :) Thank you!

Great guide!! also for anyone struggling with the Glough final fight, pray mage and then follow the exact same steps but as soon as he starts to grab you with mage start clicking back to where you started. you will take some damage but just do one attack at a time and run back.

Same I used it last night and had no issues. Just had to use another method for the final phase on the glough fight

they changed the way instances work now so if you die in those caves, your stuff will be right outside near the fence. so feel free to bring the best gear you have!

Thank you for making this guide. I have been dreading this quest forever and you made it so much easier and less stressing.

Very nicely presented. Loved how you summarized what was actually going on in the quest.

Just from me in 2019: Her equips and inventory setup are efficient and works cuz I did it the same way without much issues apart from some. 1)For the tanking route, bring at least a Rune Pickaxe because I do noticed it is quicker than a Bronze Pickaxe. I highly recommend bringing Saradomin Brews instead of Sharks so you wont be in an awkward position to teleport out before even reaching the end. 2)Switch prayers to Protect from Melee 14:40 when you are at the agility obstacle at the far end of the tanking route. Because once you fall into the pit those monkeys will only use Melee! I got comboed and was baffled at what was happening then I watch the video again and realised she didnt prompt the viewers to switch from Protect Range to Protect Melee. If you cant pass the obstacle once or twice, there is another route made up of pillars. 3)When sabotaging the airship, you can just focus on one monkey guard and try to sneak into one of the many nooks. At some point like what she said when there are no true safe spots, you can keep this in mind: If the monkey walks up to the north, the left nook is safe. If the monkey walks down to the south, the right nook is safe. 4)Look up the wiki on how to deal with Glough. Bring a Dark Bow, 30-40 Rune arrows (for the 1st and 2nd form) and 30-40 Dragon arrows (for the 3rd form) to speed up killing him. You can just resell the Dark Bow later trust me it is worth it. Also, use the Shark + Pineapple Pizza combo food. For the 1st form, it is easy just safe spot in the tunnel. For the 2nd form, put to Long Range and Protect from Missiles (dont listen to the wiki cuz I got hit a 49 ****) and follow what the wiki suggests. For the 3rd form, put to Accurate and Protect from Mage and follow what the wiki suggests.

Thanks so much for the guide. Made my first quest in years manageable. Pissed I had to sacrifice 1.5k defense xp doing long range on the final boss though, figured there was no other way

ElveTheRunePure shouldve used dark bow on rapid it has max tile range

by far the best guide ever, im so glad you have a calming voice because this quest so so so so stressful. with the updated boss, if you range and attempt to run away over and over while praying mage, you'll be fine. it's annoying and long so make sure to keep your pray UP UP UP, that was my mistake and I died twice letting praying run out. Sadly the 1st time I died was right as I killed him, didn't count though. Also, dragon bow with D Arrows worked best for me on the last form of boss. Because as I run away I got one click in, with DBow that's 2 arrows essiently like getting 2 hits in.

*** For those who can't seem to find Assistant Lee Smith! *** Lee smith for me was on the 3rd floor of the building to the right of the jail. It's highlighted in the video with the red circle but she goes on the 3rd floor of the jail and not the red circle. Hope this saves someone 20 mins lol

Just finished this quest. 6 hours but the guide helped especially on the chapter 3 shipyard part.

Love the guides. Just wanted to say that I demolished Kruk. I only used one dose of super combat, one dose of stamina, and one shark (only because I didn't have room for the paw after the fight.) There's a "butt crack" that you can hide in, to flinch Kruk.

Was a great guide and got to know what was happening with the story

Since the final fight was patched, I completed it by maxing out my offensive ranged bonus with good equipment and used a blowpipe with dragon darts whilst tanking all of glough's damage head-on. I safe spotted the first phase though. Thanks for the guide

I wish I would've done it earlier. Glough is the only thing standing between me and my quest cape and I can't beat him.

+SnuggleQuest I did it!! I lost about a million in gear and supplies, but I did it! I had to get very tactical on him: I was prayer switching and running around a lot! I absolutely destroyed him that last fight :)

Just finished MM2! Had some trouble with Nieve being useless and not attacking the demonic gorillas and Phase 3 Glouph is no longer able to flinch but managed it easy with a dragon xbow + diamond dragon bolts(e) Thank you for this guide! Followed it all the way through! Now I have my cute little monkey! 🐒Oook! Liked and subscribed!

Bois if ur running thru that cave bring the best melee gear you have and a crystal shield (or BIS ranged def shield) But make sure u have a ring of life equipped so you get auto teled incase anything goes wrong. I ate maybe 4 sharks for the entire cave with 82 Def

nieve loses aggro after a kill. must go back into chamber and start attacking again to allow her to regain aggro, then you can wait for her to kill again

Safespot at glough (final phase doesnt work) but still a great guide!

Great guide, pro tip using Nieve to kill the winged gorillas as I am horrendous at osrs combat. Also the rune crossbow does not work anymore on the last phase. You need a magic longbow. Does anyone else have to eat their whole inventory of food for phase 2 while having protect from range on?

Just note at 30:58 that tile is not safe. You have to move to the tile behind the crate north. Just got screwed there 😅

Man you make doing quests 100x easier lol I would pulled all my hair out doing this with someone else’s guide

You can still safe spot fase one and two with a longbow or crowsbow with long range attack. Fase two will make you required to draw him back one area earlier and let him stand on the edge of the narrow way, so he faces into the room. You can then outrange his ranged attack. Third fase Cant be safe spotted, however he will use his magic attack to pull you in, walk back immediatly, and there will be a rock on the left of you in the narrow way closest to the boss. Thats how far you can go without him pulling you. Now you wanna walk one step back and put your run on, from here on you wanna attack him and run back to the safe spot. You can get 2 attacks off while he will only pull you. Can be done with 85 range, maybe even lower.

Thank you for showing your 3rd floor satchel placement slayermisq decided to make it his last placement and go the other way which happens to waste 3 hrs of your life and is 1000x times harder when your path just required getting past 1 monkey...

Your supposed to protect for magic on the 3rd phase but flinching with long range works too lol

Having completed this quest moments ago at level 87 I would H I G H L Y recommend a Dark Bow and Dragon arrows for the third phase of the Glough boss fight and Rune arrows for the first two phases! :) w00t w00t, MM2!

I died immediately after the door of the bronze key, (number 3 of the Kruk's Dungeon Map), but I couldn't find the grave, so I couldn't get my armour back... including my fire cape. (snif)

I wouldn't use her guide for glough. Everything else is good. Looks like his third form changed. I used the dark Bow on long-range with dragon arrows and protect from Magic. Now he grabs you no matter what. But the dark Bow has 10 range and the Rune crossbow has seven. With a dark bow you can run back into the hallway after your grabbed. But with the Rune crossbow he can grab you more than once.
