OK. Monkeys don't shower. And the number of baths they give these monkeys is damaging to their skin. And the food they are receiving at the shelter is just fine. They are getting the food monkeys should eat which also includes the forage they would have in the wild. What they do not get is overly sweet fruits, cooked foods, milk, yogurt, ice cream, jelly or candy. And this man should not be allowed to visit the monkeys and bring them any of those things. Do the monkeys miss him or the treats? This is not summer camp for the monkeys. They have been confiscated. They will not be given back. (and if they are, then some large amounts of money changed hands under the table). And he isn't visiting because he loves them. He visits to continue to post videos, although, in reality, this may have all happened months ago. He visits to keep getting that sweet KZread payout. He visits to continue the grift. That is all this is.

I wrote a polite letter describing the situation and how they were raised in a loving family and treated with kindness and respect. I did, and I pray it makes a difference. I have been informed that the ENV has been very busy deleting the messages of people from all over the world as it pertains to Kaka and Mit. They are erasing the paper trail of messages, petitions, etc, of some very compelling appeals to reunite the Kaka and Mit with their human family for humanitarian reasons. Under no circumstances would they survive in the wild, and if not their original family and it is preferred it is, perhaps another family would qualify and meet the criteria to obtain a license to bring Kaka and Mit to the loving home for proper care.

I’ve seen a lot of animal tragedy in my life so it makes you kind of numb inside. Watching this whole situation breaks my hard heart for KaKa and MIT. I could feel tears running down my face. It doesn’t seem like this place is doing anything for these 2.

I wonder how many other s who have had their monkeys taken into custody are ever visited as not and KaKa are. Have foods fruits must no I taken to them, are bathed to make them feel more comfortable and are generally so very obviously loved missed and longer for like these two. There must be some form of mediation or intervention possible for them to be legally returned home to their family because year or not these two more so kaka will never forget her life with her family or be accepted by any wild troop because she really is to humanized now to revert. Is there anything we can do to help you petition to adopt them legally.

Oui la bêtise humaine!!! Qu'il sanctionne la famille car ils n'ont pas respecté la loi, par une amende. Sinon c'est la porte ouverte a tout, et ça on le comprend. Je suis certaine que le père est près à le faire. Pourquoi les avoir confisqués maintenant, attendre plus de 3 ans, quand Kaka c'est bien habituée à cette famille? Mais je suis tout a fait d'accord avec vous, l'important est la petite Kaka et Mit. Elles étaient bien traitées et aimaient leur famille adoptive.alors bien sûr il y a la loi, mais dans cette situation il faut prendre tout les paramètres, c'est être sensible à la cause animale!!

I agree! No sense at all to me! I think the organization decided to arrest the most popular monkeys to make an example out of the family and the law thinking with Kaka being taken it would give their organization and the law a lot of good attention. But the organization miscalculated terribly because instead of their organization looking positive and respectful, it appears wasteful, petty, and more irrelevant as time goes on.

It’s hard to find the time and resources to locate the family homes but K & M leaked their address and then 2 months later the authorities showed up. Both are illegal to own and Mit especially is an endangered species. They will eventually locate the others too and they’ll also be confiscated as they have room and resources to do so. they only have so much room and resources to rescue all of them.

Also, some of the channels you see… MANY of them are in Cambodia. It is also illegal there but it is a whole different scenario and resources.. a work in progress. If KZread would demonetize channels that do illegal things then it would really help and less people would own them as well.

It's sad these poor monkeys cannot express their feelings.it was most evident how comfortable Kaka felt, and Mit sneaking cozily to dad. The three have a great emotional bonding. Dad ofcourse was happy too, but beyond that bold exterior one could see the sadness and helpless look. Hope these meetings come to an end soon, and Kaka and Mit can live with the family together.

These babies have known nothing but love and security,all of a sudden they have been thrown out of there comfort zone.Oh my god the fear,the cold the hunger ,the anxiety as to what these strange people will do to them ,hunger and the weird noises coming from all directions.God please bring them back to safety and love.

Das sind wie es aussieht die vietnamesischen Behörden, die anderen Familien erlauben Affen zu besitzen und privat in ihrem Haus zu halten und dieser Familie ihre geliebten Affen einfach willkürlich weggenommen haben!!😢Wäre es Kaka und Mit dort in ihrer Familie schlecht ergangen, wären sie nicht so erfreut Herrn Ngoc zu sehen und würden zu ihm nach dieser Trennung kein solches Vertrauen haben und ihm ihre Liebe zeigen!!! Hoffentlich gibt es noch ein paar gute Leute in den Behörden die dies erkennen und dieser Familie die Haltung von Kaka und Mit erlauben und sie wieder in ihre Familie zurück bringen, wo sie ihr Leben wieder glücklich wie sie es von Geburt an gewohnt waren führen dürfen. Das würde zeigen, dass die Behörden in Vietnam auch ein großes Herz und einen großen Verstand haben und nicht nur willkürliche Entscheidungen treffen, die sie wegen eines bösartigen und auf die Familie neidischen Denunzianten getroffen haben der aus Neid auf die Familie die Behörden auf eine angeblich schlechte Haltung aufmerksam gemacht hat!! Diese Affen kennen kein Leben alleine in der Natur, sie kennen ihr gutes Leben bei der Familie von Herrn Ngoc, wo sie geliebte Familienmitglieder waren und wieder werden könnten, wenn die Behörden die Genehmigung erteilen!!

@@maxbilfinger9208 На тех макак, которые у них есть нужно брать лицензию у государства на их содержание. Тем более, Мит - это вымирающий вид макак, владение ими незаконно с 07.2022. Это уголовно наказуемо. Так как благодаря таким блогерам их популяция резко уменьшается. Также надо платить налоги как и при любом бизнесе. Этого семья не делает на протяжении многих лет. Поэтому у государства были все основания для конфискации. Ну а сами или нет , я не знаю.

Штраф здесь не при чем .Люди нарушили сразу несколько законов Вьетнама. Не оформили лицензии на 2х обезьян, не платили налоги. Это уголовно наказуемо -,статья Люди всё это знают, но хотят только зарабатывать деньги на эксплуатации обезьян 😮

@@gelennika7650 OK. It is illegal to keep any wild animal, including monkeys, as pets in Vietnam and Cambodia. That has been the law for a very long time. Although poorly enforced. But governments are beginning to crack down under International pressure from animal rights groups. And they are embarrassed that their citizens are ignoring the law and AND putting these monkeys on video for money. There is no paperwork you can file. There is no such thing as a monkey license. The government does not issue permits to keep wild animals.All of that is a lie. And this man knew all along that he was breaking the law. So, the authorities went to this man's house and confiscated the monkeys. He should have also been fined and arrested. But I suspect he paid a bribe to someone to avoid the arrest at least. Fines may come later. As to why he is being allowed to visit the monkeys and bring them milk, I do not know. Probably another bribe.

I really miss kaka and baby mit so much. I doas both of them are healthy and under ALMIGHTY's protection. Love them so much❤❤❤❤❤

Les seules choses positives de la situation c'est que Kaka et Mit ne sont plus obligées de porter des vêtements comme des poupées et marchent naturellement à 4 pattes. Pour le reste, elles ne pourront jamais vivre dans la forêt comme des singes qui y sont nés car elles ont été élevées comme des humains depuis leur plus jeune âge 😢
