    Monk mode works for all those who have clear goals and want to focus on themselves. It is a level of self growth and can be achieved by shutting down the noisy bs of the world. I went into monk mode for 5 years and found an inner peace that money can not buy.

    Began taking breaks from social media a few years ago, after a very rough last half of '22 spending it unhoused, I began '23 setting a pattern with me and my partner to meditate daily, while we were healing. Summer '23 deleted all socials but IG, kept for business purposes primarily, spent all the time since, meditating, reading, listening to audiobooks, developing a workout routine and setting goals. This morning I find this, and it'll fill in the learning gaps. So monk mode it is. Long live the Wu.... I shall seek the Wei

    I entered monk mode in 2020. "Le Pest" made it easier. While everyone else struggled against it, I decided to make it work for me. I have been in and out of monk mode ever since. Thank You for verbalizing what I knew deep within.

    I love the idea of this. Realistically I could only do this mode for a few days. 3 days minimum is also just enough time to give the body a break to reset physically and mentally.

    Monk mode is escaping from the reality but you can’t run away from your own mind and your self. There is no running from your own self as where ever you go you take your self and your thoughts

    So I'm listening to this cool thing about "monk mode" and that it's a good idea to eliminate distractions and up pops this ad and in the ad there's a blurb telling me I need to read the Bible more and they have a miraculous app to assist in facilitating this suggestion......hmmm..... I'm going to continue listening to monk mode and maybe glean some other insight on how to become a better version of myself 😂😂😂

    Good video, but the "diet" is bad advice. The plant -based diet lowers testosterone drastically and increases estrogen. Creating a hormone imbalance. Very bad advice.

    That’s only if you eat fake meats with all that soy and that kind of stuff. Plant based with healthy greens, nuts seeds, whole grains/legumes and keffir and the sorts is more than enough.
