I hope this kind of technology becomes more economical, it can save lots of lives!

I like the fact that this device can connect to an NFC enabled mobile without need to pay for a proprietary reader. Particularly for those that are diabetic and spend Rs. 1500-2000 per month on diabetes medication. Use this once (14 day), 12 days with meds and 2 days (non-sequential) without meds to find out how ones body metabolises food. Based on that we can try to wean ourselves away from bad food (that spikes blood sugar) and eventually reduce the meds. Eat normal on the days without meds and find out bad food. Avoid those food item(s) like they are poison. Once a regimen is set for four months, go for HB1AC (blood sugar avg for last 3 months) and check with your doc if you can cut down on the meds.

yes i am using libre pro sensor with blucon transmitter, i have heard about ultrahuman too but i like the feature of blucon for direct connect to watch giving glucose activity data on watch without use of phone and no need to carry a reader no scans and finger prick is also reduced.i can food pictures too for seeing the glucose change

Koi ni normal ordinary machine bhi enough h... Itte zada ki need nhi pdhegi aapko.. Meri kuch labs hain but still m apne father ka machine se hi check krta hu because itta blood bar bar nikalna bhi possible nhi h lab k liye.. And ye chip ki toh obviously need nhi h..

you should also tell the MARD..cgms will get affordable in 2-3 years with a higher sensor life. i predict a huge market of cgm and pumps by 2024 in india.

No one wants to Prick himself and keep a needle for entire day. During my Engineering late 1990s my professor who was a Bio-medical instrumentation expert , thrown a challange to us to Make non-invasive Blood sugar monitor (infra red or doppler) or any other technolgy and That we be the Biggest invention of Medical science . After 25 years we don't have any solution any-where in the world yet.

is there bio sensor is onetime purchase? as i use libre pro sensor with blucon nigthrider to get my continuous readings and activating sensor with linkblucon only so not needing the reader and i am into fitness so would need to have something which goes well along with me and blucon shows me the health activity glucose readings too sync with google fit app

Yes it's waterproof. No septic or infection happens because it's not needle. Just apply cream after removal.

No you cannot though the battery will last and it can take readings / connect with nfc but the bio analyser used I guess gets inaccurate after 14 days.

So this sensor has a battery. Allright. But my question is , does this app also has a subscription charge to use it. I know when u purchase 1 sensor it gives u 14 days, but does the app also expire/denied access after those 14 days?

subscription is included. when you connect the sensor to app first time via NFC it gets activated and from that time / day onwards for the next 14 days it will allow you to monitor. When you near the 14th day period you will start getting notification that the sensor is going to expire within x days. After 14th days you will still be able to take one or 2 more readings ( I guess you get some few hours of grace period). After that the app will not show reading. The battery will last for over 14 days easily but the reason why 14 days limits has been set is probably cause of the bio material used, since that also has a life after which the readings may not be accurate.

Yes but use it for once (14 days) note the rise / fall in blood sugar, you can keep track of food that increases sugar level, the time of day when you sugar levels are minimal. Once you have this data no need for the monitor just follow for 3 months or so and then may be get the monitor again and check for 14 days.
