You need much more variation in order for that to be passable, Nijat. Try animating more dollar bills flowing in various ways first, like 4-6 versions should do it.

If I want to create the same effect with different texture for both sides do I need to take help with blender or is it possible to just make it with after effects?

right click on key frame - mess with key frame interpolation settings, don't chose "linear"
